nGAGEMENT was deployed at IQWare 3 months ago, and since then, we have been using it to collaborate between teams and locations. I love that it reminds me of Facabook, and I can get my stats every day.
Finally, I don't have to wait for the boss to tell me how I'm doing LOL!

Pros

easy to use, not a big time-sapping app, allows me to work on my stats before my performance review. Also, they just added integration with customer surveys, and I get to see the results at the same time as management

Cons

Not sure I like the quizzes my manager sends me. Is there a way to limit the frequency of the testing?
