A very happy customer

Our experience has been extremely positive.
More information and better information are now easily accessible to all concerned which has resulted in less mistakes being made and an improved service to our clients.
Scheduling, processing of timesheets and claiming for services are all now much quicker which has freed up staff to be more pro-active.
The TurnPoint support team have been very responsive and easy to deal with throughout the whole process.

Pros

Appointment scheduling is very straight forward and easy to learn which is important when bringing on new staff. Entering repeat appointments is very quick.
Care workers in the field appreciate the fact that they have all relevant client information at their finger tips and are instantly advised of any changes to their rosters. They don't appear to have any problems using the mobile "app".
Communication and information flow among the team members in the office, care workers and clients has greatly improved with less mistakes being made.
Processing of timesheets is extremely quick and payroll integrates well with TurnPay.
Claiming from Services Australia (My Aged Care), NDIS and DVA for services is as straightforward as it can get which especially with Services Australia is not an easy task.
Reporting and querying the database are very flexible. TurnPoint is becoming more and more a one stop shop for all our relevant client information.
TurnPoint is very intuitive and easy to use. Implementation went smoothly and all staff are very happy with it.

Cons

No software package is perfect but nothing comes to mind which is really worth mentioning.

Has been great especially with programmer's being on call whenever needed.

Makes the communication between head office and staff (employees working remotely) extremely easy considering they are remote.

Record keeping through the system has also been seamless and make our job very easy especially when needing to track when urgent.

Pros

* programmer open to ideas / changes that make system work better for our needs
* simplicity in use for our care workers and admins

Having the time as an admin to understand all the functions and changes as it is constantly developing
