Several of my employees would clock in or out and when they came back found out the system did not clock them in our out. The work required to fix all of these was just too much so we stopped using the services. We planned to see if there is anything to fix this issue in the first part of the year but I suspect we will have to find another product because when I mentioned my issues the response was the system works...but it wasn't.
