IMI have been extremely easy to work with, and the Connect platform is simple and powerful

Pros

We've built a complex set of rules for when to send or not send messages, and the platform let us do this rapidly and with very little fuss.

Pros

The speed at which complex customer journeys can be implemented on any channel of my choosing. The drag and drop interface is simple and very intuitive to use. The graphical format also aids future maintenance of previously created services.

Cons

Difficult to initially justify the cost to the business. Customers need to make the shift to digital communication before any savings can be realised. However customers cannot fully make the shift until IMI Connect is bought and paid for so there needs to be a measure of trust that this will happen.

Excellent always on communications to customers.

Pros

Easy to use, very simple and quick to learn.
Simple Reporting
Little to no downtime
Covers on demand communications

Cons

Reporting suite needs more detail, which I believe is being worked on after feedback.
Probably need to have some technical experience in workflows etc. to be able to use with ease.

New version has additional features which helps us a lot High Volume request. User friendly

Pros

Additional Features to reduce the Manual Work, UI, as always user friendly ..overall very good product for rapid usage

Cons

Need some improvement or enhancement based on user request, also we are facing frequent app. down issue.
