Hard to do better. We are a convinced customer for our future events and will advise others enthousiastically to choose for Idloom too.
Pros
It is very, very intuitive. As soon as you can think about a feature, it's actually on the next line. It literally thinks the way you think as an event organiser.
In terms of support I probably had the best experience ever in my whole life. At the crucial moment of the launch of the registration, on a Friday eve far after the end of business hours, on the most beautiful summer evening, right before a long weekend, Idloom people helped me out with a quick and satisfying solution to a complex problem. I am so grateful.
Cons
I'd have to do very deep and long thinking to be able to mention even one.

Pros
They are very responsive and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. We were able to deliver the project on time.
Cons
We had to work closely with IDloom to build the portal, even after working with them for nearly 3yrs. A lot of the heavy lifting was completed by Fifth Third and the overall costs did not change. Also, reminders were sent, but there were a host of guests that did not receive them, and we were unaware until it was too late.

Pros
A very easy-to-use tool for people and organisations that do not necessarily have the knowledge and skills in-house to build registration tools. Very user-friendly, even for people without any ICT knowledge. Experienced very good support while developing and using the tool.
Cons
Time consuming to develop a registration tool for me, without having the knowledge. Although the programme is very user friendly, which was very helpful for us as organisation to build this tool via ID -Loom.

Pros
Very userfriendly, professional platform. We used it for a customer event and were able to set up a great looking registration page. Managing guests was very easy.
Cons
The only small thing was that we allowed people to bring a guest and these guests weren't in the counts.

Dear Robrecht, thank you very much for this review. Indeed the accompanying person feature you used is informative only, and doesn't count as a registration. It was actually developed so that guests could inform that they'll come accompanied to part of the event (dinner for example, so the organiser can adapt catering needs appropriately), but it is not an actual registration. If you need to have this person count as a participant, you need to register him/her separately.
However, we're about to launch a new multi-ticket function, that will allow you to purchase multiple tickets at once. This might be a solution for you, although it won't be nominative.
I hope this helps. If these solutions don't suit you, you know that we can always develop custom features for you, if desired.

Great platform for various event formats

Pros
With idloom-events you are able to cover a wide range of requirements: From websites for casual Christmas or summer parties with a simple registration process to sophisticated content for corporate meetings with a lot of different hotels, workshop options and restricted registration.
Since we implemented Idloom in our group three years ago, we have been able to cover 90% of the inquiries. For the remaining 10%, the Idloom-Team (A big thank you to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]) has always been able to surpass expectations with a reliable solution.
Cons
For some of our events it is important that not only the registration but also the content of the website is password protected.

Pros
I currently use Idloom as my registration system: great payment options (no pre-defined cc payment gateway, bank transfer option), can easily be adapted to a range of tickets offered and include all sorts of discounts, easy handling of invoices and credit notes, possibility to correctly handle even complex VAT regimes. The system is very intuitive in its use; great customer service in case a question comes up.
Cons
I don't expect that an 'of-the-shelf'-system is able to match a 100% each of my business processes; I had one or two issues (e.g. a VAT exemption of a UN Organisation) for which I found a work-around.

We had a great experience with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team, they were easy to work with, prompt to respond to queries and problem solving. We were nervous about the integration with another 3rd party site but it worked really well.
Pros
How easy it integrated with our conference broadcast platform, how customisable it is and the mass emailing function.
Cons
There were a few issues that we had once the event started with allowing delegates to still access the agreed discount but these were overcome with the support of IDLOOM and the face that no-one had set up an event this way previously.

We know now who is actually attending the event. In the past we worked with different types of registration, but this combines it all, plus it works with the GDPR rules. Easy check-in to go for a better follow up.
Pros
The software takes your event to a next level. The package is complete and is really easy in use. Even with a free version you can make the organising of events easier. It's basicly self-explanatory and in doubt, the customer service is excellent and extremely fast.
Cons
Off course a platform like this comes with a price, although it is worth it.

At some parts you think: this is to simple to work out good. But it does, everytime. The one time I made a mistake one phonecall was enough to get me on the go again.

Software does what it's promising. The tool includes all needed features to make event registration as easy as possible.

Nothing, all works fine for us. With help of the great customer service, we were also able to adapt the colour scheme to the one of our brand!
