We are able to easily manage staff time and attendance without the need for a paper time sheet so our payroll takes minutes instead of days. Also our staff can use the application quite easily or a landline monitoring solution that links in so there is plenty of fall back should operatives lose their phone. The system ensure health and safety on site with constant checks on operatives as well as giving alerts for shifts and tasks. It is proving perfect for us at the moment.

Pros

The software is so easy to use and has so much functionality that when we were starting out I could not think of a single reason not to go forward with it. The team has really helped us establish ourselves and manage out contracts, staff and admin quickly and easily.

Cons

There are no real cons to the software itself however, there are some functionalities it could have that would make this untouchable. Some of which I am assured are in the development road map. Watch this space!

staff management is very easy when you know your staff is where they should be

Pros

Its easy to use no QR codes to print all work is confirmed Via GPS location and mobile app. Mobile app is working on IPhone as well as Android phones

Cons

Sometimes we find that we may have temporary issue with the software but in almost all situations support is resolving issue by guiding us what we have done wrong and how we can fix it.
