Till now we and TBC Bank are very satisfied with the services provided by Kapowai, which are with high quality and a timely manner.

This allows us to highly recommend them as a reputable system integrator to other companies as well.

Pros

NGT Group is prime supplier of Gemalto strong authentication systems for online banking for JSC TBC Bank, the largest financial institution in Georgia.

In Q1 2017 TBC Bank has decided to upgrade its mobile token application with new functionality as well as look and feel. For this task TBC and NGT have decided to contract Kapowai LLC to deliver:

1 UI/UX templates for iOS and Android versions of mobile token
2 Develop mobile token for iOS and Android
3 Integrate Gemalto SDK components into token
4 Harden mobile token following best practices and security guidelines

First phase of the project (UI/UX and complete iOS application) has been delivered in the beginning of Q2, ahead of timeline with virtually no issues during testing.

In general, I liked working with a company that meets deadlines and fulfills all the promised commitments. Kapowai is a great company that does what they say. The staff is competent, knowledgeable and is always ready to assist. The software is simple, easy to manage, has lots of features and works on all popular platforms: iOS, Android and web. Kapowai has provided us with an efficient solution. Our clients are satisfied.
Based on the experience of interaction and cooperation with Kapowai, I can recommend this company as a reliable partner and developer of complex solutions for remote banking services.

Easy to stay home and do banking.

At ease of staying home to get business done is aawsome.

Pros

I am very grateful for the fact I don't need to leave home to conduct my money management.

Cons

Only .com is the fact the banks themselves do not update accounts sometimes for as long as 24 hours after a debit card transaction.

Kapowai is a team of professionals

Pros

In the middle of 2017 DV BANK has decided to meet client needs by providing a modern financial space self-service zones. We immediately contacted Kapowai on this matter. It should be noted that we have never doubted our choice ever since. Kapowai is a team of professionals. The guys are doing a really great job. Concerning the solution itself, the implementation of an innovative banking service took around 4 months. The implemented Terminal Self Service System is fully consistent with the defined requirements and turned out to be a modern, fast, convenient and reliable solution. Now our clients can perform the necessary financial transactions (make payments, repay loans, replenish deposits, etc.) quickly, without spending time on trips to the bank. As for our bank, the deployment of zones with self-service terminals has allowed us to expand our geographic presence significantly, as well as to optimize the costs of maintaining the network of our branches.

Cons

None found. We decided to continue our cooperation with Kapowai, because we are more than satisfied with the solution they have provided. In the nearest future, our customers will be able to perform financial operations using cash, as well as traditional and contactless payment cards in the self service terminals.

Great software and good job

We use Kapowai Online Banking solution to deliver services to our customers via four platforms, including web, iOS, Android applications and self-service terminals (kiosks).

The whole project was complected in less than five months, from signing the agreement to applications being available to users. This also included all the integration and customization works performed.

Everything works well. Our customers remark that the applications are convenient and easy to use. The company staff proved being competent in all the related matters. I would strongly recommend Kapowai to anyone who is looking for an online-banking solution. It is a good choice! My thanks go to all the guys on the team. Well done!

T3S application for self-service terminals

Today, self-service terminals are a necessary and a very convenient thing to have in the bank. Customers are becoming more selective, they appreciate their time and comfort. After analyzing this, we decided to install self-service terminals in our Bank’s branches. To do this, we needed to develop a special application. We contacted Kapowai with this request and we didn't regret it.
Our clients have figured out very quickly how to use the T3S banking application on self-service terminals. They noted the simplicity and convenience, simple intuitive control and a wide range of services (replenishment of accounts and cards, loan repayments, deposit replenishment, payments to other accounts, payments for house utilities, internet and mobile services, etc.).
Kapowai has incredibly competent staff and excellent customer service.
We recommend Kapowai and their terminal self service system solution to anyone who considers this direction.
