Customer oriented, resposive to customer needs, constantly evolving, with great support and decent usability

Cons

Constantly changing interface, posssible bugs after new version release, possible difficulties of integration with other platforms

-Frequent updates, sometimes with non-improvements and often changes,
-Now it is not always functions are work as will be in future.

Yes, sometimes new updates don't contain any prominent improvements in business features. We're trying to balance the changes for each new release and include both front-end features for users and back-end improvements for product stability.
