Web-based, so nothing to install. Client computers only require an install to allow for unattended access. For "quick" remote connection a simple "server" login through the web and a code sent to the remote PC is all that's required.

It is an excellent value for the cost - I've used far more expensive systems that were not faster, simpler or more capable.

It allows me to access the PC's of a remote staff with just a few clicks, allows them to see what I'm doing for training purposes, and very efficiently puts a remote PC under my direct control.

For accessing PC's connected to multiple monitors, it requires manually toggling between the remote screens. It DOES allow access to all connected monitors, but sometimes the window you need is visible, but not in the panel you're viewing.

It is very easy to use and cost effective. I have the client set up on all the office computers and when someone needs help, I am not hunched over their computer with them to sort it out. It's not always tech support but may just be providing direction. I can log into their computer and we can talk on the phone at the same time. I wouldn't want to be without my Dualmon.

The print functionality does not have enough documentation. I still haven't figured out how it works.

Dualmon it's really easy to use, we also had a need to extend functionalities regarding notes on desktop app and after few months we received the update in a new release. Really high recommended tool.

would be useful to have more granularity on the permissions like allow notes to non admin users

This remote access software offers all the necessary features and more for a fraction of the price of others. I have happily been a customer for several years, and have experienced very few issues with any part of the product. They have added new and useful features during my time using it, and it still remains a stable, and unobtrusive product on the machines I use it on.

I would like to see additional reporting options for the use of the product (Usage reports only allow single computer or all, and date range), no filters for specific user, etc...

I don't have anything. I don't use it for repair much. Anything I need to do has been easy.

Has both remote connections and quick screen sharing.

File transfer works well but is a little cumbersome.

Easy to use and install. Can invite other users to use the product. Can have more than one session open at the same time, saving me time with nightly tasks.

Wish two or more users could connect to a PC at the same time with different sessions. Similar to what Remote Desktop allows when used on a Windows server.

DualMon is reliable. When I need to remotely access an unattended PC, DualMon works every time. It has all the features I need, and none that I don't need. I am able to provide specific users with access to specific machines, and the response-times are very good. No one "enjoys" paying to renew a subscription, but DualMon is an annual fee that I am happy to pay because it delivers great value. Thank you, DualMon.

Nothing comes to mind. The product works for us.

I really like the ease of use. When I need to help someone that I have never helped before it is easy to talk them through getting the assist up and running.

I wish the transfer speed could be faster. I transfer files from my computer to the church computer all the time.

Works very well to control multiple computers remotely - fully featured and very stable.

I wish that there was away to do a file transfer without first establishing a remote video session.

ease of use, this software gives you flexibility that team view or other software providers don't offer. You don't have to give out password on each access. It has app on ios and mac and pc.

you will have to remember password for each individual computer. if you connection is weak it will run slow that given. other than that nothing else.

The software is easy to use and I am able to use it anywhere It has been a lifesaver

I am pleased with it. it might be better it I could see the two screens from the remote computer on my two screens

It is a very easy product to use, and is a great help when remote helping a user.

I wish the computer name was able to sync with the actual computer name when a machine changes names.
