The customization features allows for innovation and creativity. Forms can be created to fit the needs a particular issue.
The integration between documentation reference, Action Item creation, and attachments provide the ability to review all related documents in different organized ways. Search and filter per document form helps to vie related document.
Reporting is one of the strongest parts of ProjectTeam. Customized Reports can be created to fit the organization needs. We created separate reports for all our shareholders. Every customized report can be customized further before the final view by inserting additional filters and views on all field.

Although the system is customizable, there is the need for more structure on certain areas that are commonly used for different teams. Depending on the usage and type of work, ProjectTeam could have ready to use applications. There is the need for general search ability.

The ability to customize is key - especially to the renewables industry. Having this capability is what sold us.

As an admin, there is a lot of manual entry involved since changes across all projects within the platform at a company level is not possible.

All resources from all stakeholders available in the same centralized portal.

Lack of timely notifications. Having to go “find” the info sometimes if you missed something being posted.

It keeps schedules very organized but it's still easy to manipulate.

It takes a little bit on the front end to get acquainted to the software and understand how to use it. Once you understood, though, it's very useful.

Easy and simple, I dont have to convert all the subs and workers into a new software it is compatible with all they use.

The set up was lengthy but once it was done it used for all the templates

Very customizable and ProjectTeam is generally very good at receiving feedback for improving their system. Very good at assisting their users with implementing their processes.

Sometimes too much customization can cause an issue with giving the end user a clear path. Some tasks are a bit repetitive and we use a 3rd party software to assist us with this. They are actively working to help reduce this.

Access. Ease of usability. Intuitive for those not technologically inclined.

Can be frustrating working within documents, if for example a document is placed in the wrong folder, there is no way to move it to the correct folder easily.

I like not only the ability to customize the system as an administrator, but also the commitment from ProjectTeam to work with my team to discuss various system improvements that we see as valuable.

As a system administrator, the thing I like the least about ProjectTeam is the manual effort it sometimes takes to implement new processes (workflows, form changes, etc.) across a large number of projects.

I like how it centralizes all of the information you need for different projects.

There are times when it is difficult to find the project I am looking for.

It's a powerful tool for keeping all of the documents for a project together.

But perhaps a little too powerful. It can be easy to get buried by the amount of information if you're not careful

I like how simple the interface and navigation are. And it handles project management very well and I like the ease of use.

I don't like the sign in page. When I look up "Project Team" I am always re-directed to another portal to log-in.

Being simple to operate. Being able to access at anytime

I like project teams I didn't have any dislikes

Easy way to stay organized and up to date with all the tasks.

Some of the tasks needs multiple repetitive steps before you can for example close the RFI.

Product is open for customization to match our needs and support is excellent.

Standard reports that come with the application could be expanded. Some of the Forms that are used in the demos could be included as well. The sample project could include those forms and reports and if the end user wanted to add them to their projects, it could be a big time saver on implementation.

That is very easy to use and customize. Our role as an engineering company is not the same on every project and therefore our needs change from project to project. Especially being able to customize for different projects has been a very effective tool.

Not many things I don't like about the software. The one thing I am still not used to is to remember to share every time I upload something.

User friendly and good customer service.

Reports can be a little funky or tricky when it comes to the submittal timelines. This action could use improvements.

The daily report is easy to use and clone the next days project. Saves a lot of time. I can add items and remove with ease. I’m a terrible speller and I love the spell check as you go.

Very user friendly design, intuitive, and helpful support team. Support is willing to take our comments into account to improve software where needed.

Applying some functions that are valuable in real life construction processes may take time to implement.

The software application is easy to use and can be customized in times where you need to track different data then what is shown by default.We track change orders and payapps in the software and like how easy it is to have some fields private but share others.

Not much. In some cases, they need better training modules. I know they said they are working on a set of videos series so maybe that will come soon.
