My favorite part about Alexa is that you can make phone calls from it.

I don't like that what you ask in the app doesn't coordinate to my Alexa Echo.

Having move to the echo platform, having a screen makes it easier to work with and get informationPreinstallation of software is also easier with the latest version when it comes to install and connect to your wifi.

Information contained in Alexa is dependent on what's been connected so not my first choice for Market intelligence

Alex is great for every day tasks like telling the time, playing music and radio, setting timers, converting units, etc.

The "skills" are not intuitive. You have to remember which skill you want to use in order to take advantage of it. The mobile app stings

For more advanced use cases this tool is too simple - there are better solutions out there.
Data behind it isn't really accurate also, especially when you dig deeper.

The software can be buggy and the mobile app needs some improving, it isn't very good. Better for SEM purposes than SEO

There's nothing about this service I don't like. It's an invaluable tool in marketing your website, and you can't beat the price.

The features offered by Alexa are really amazing and can help you significantly improve your Google ranking. Even the free version provides you indicative insights on your website traffic.

1. For initial users, it becomes very expensive to use Alexa. For large and developed websites, it may not be as big a challenge to subscribe to Alexa but for beginners, the pricing is high.
2. The insights should always be taken as indicative and not as sacrosanct and cent percent true.

Easy to use interface, love the simple step by step process offered. 'A good simple sofware solution for online benchmarking. Alexa does the basics very well.

Limited in what actual analytics you can get out of Alexa. Search terms and SEO capabilities aren't that great.

I have used Alexa for years both for myself and for my clients. It's a very good software for reputation tracking, visibility trackingand demographics analytics.

Pricing plans were not really justified by the premium features.

I use alexa via my kindle fire. I have only used it a few times and "she" tends not to understand me for the most part. Not a fan.

all! I can quickly search and find out about things, both as a curiosity and to know if it's going to rain or what time it is or even to listen to music and turn off the lights... immediate functions

There is nothing I don't like about Alexa itself, but something that could improve is the customer service support, to answer questions and get help

i like that she assists you with practically anything.

The only con is sometimes she gets things wrong or doesn't hear you.

I like listening to music and pod casts on Alexa. Keep my grocery list and having it on my phone is wonderful too!

I don't like when I ask a simple question, and she can't give me an answer.

Sometimes Alexa does not understand the question and it has to be rephrase to get an answer. Sometimes Alexa does not know how to answer.

Alexa is only one of the services for this job. It's ratings are good and more or less reliable, but don't get surprised when a different service will yield different results. Try others and check which one you trust more. Neither is wrong, it just comes down to your particular experience.

I have checked for my website a few times and not found it. Whilst this might be due to low traffic, I simply think it would be helpful if Alexa showed even stats for lower ranking sites. My site has been up for years... it went offline for some time, but it's back. So I believe it should be appearing.

Probably the amount of features it possesses and also the market credibility that the tool has. Most of the people I know use alexa rankings as a standard jargon for measuring site credibility.

The service has been closed for public usage after 2 decades of service and is no longer available to use.

Easy to use, even my kids can use it regularly . User friendly and good service, never complain about it.

Needs to integrate with more such as other software and apps. Otherwise there are not too many cons. Occasionally does work

I like that I can contact my father who lives in FLorida and me being
in another state it's nice to just know he is in living room hanging out and
I can chat with him without the use of the phone

I haven't come across anything yet because I'm so new
to using the product.
