Great application with fantastic customer support
Pros
Easy to use in terms of creating behaviors, competitions and assigning users into different groups.
The customer support is excellent, there is always a representative on hand to help with any business needs.
Cons
The inspire boards could be a bit more dynamic in terms of appearance and customisation. If we could set the time for how long information appeared would be a fantastic addition.
SuMo is a good tool for motivating Sales and changing their behaviors
Pros
No special knowledge required for integrating it with Salesforce.
I think it is an easy-to-use tool in terms of set-up and running.
Cons
The unit price is a bit high as it is charging per Salesforce user accounts.
This gives us additional considerations/barriers on scaling up.
