We centralize customers inquiries from several channels into one dashboard.

Pros

Adsoup cuts down time waste caused by checking multiple platforms for messages from customers and clients.
All web and social media messages are sent into one inbox - Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Line, email, and Twitter communication.

- very easy to implement
- handy analytics of the channels
- great customer service response from Adsoup

Cons

- phone app needs polishing
- CRM integration is not streamlined

I've been using to keep in touch with customers. Switched for some time into another software.

Pros

It's simple. Integrates lots of channels to communicate with clients.

Cons

One e-mail to use. Can not change agents. Interface needs improvement. Waiting for next steps their team will make.

Pros

Concentrating all your messages into a unique dashboard? When I first heard about this application I was skeptic, but after giving a try I cannot continue without it. Very appreciated

Cons

I cannot identify any cons so far, for the application does exactly what it promises.
Maybe some more options for the livechat on the website would be appreciated
