Rippling saved us tons of money by allowing us to smoothly hire people across multiple countries and take all the housekeeping tasks off our table.

Pros

For a remote team it is a live saver when it comes to payroll and devices management.

Cons

I will be nitpicking here but the UI on mobile can be better.

Bad. Once we were about to go live with the UK payroll, I did a double check and non of the salaries were calculated correctly or suddenly changed when before correct, pensions were incorrect. So we decided last minute to block the payroll run.

I feel this HRIS has so much potential, but as many, built in and for the US and made the step to Europe way to fast.

Pros

Initially I loved that everything was connected in the HRIS which would made it very complete, take away a lot of admin work and it was pretty intuitive to use. It really seemed to be an all-in-one solution.

Cons

The whole onboarding process was an absolute disaster. Bug after bug and for every country a different onboarding manager (sometimes multiple if you also include EoR - contacts changing without being informed). In the end we were communicating with 8 (!!) different people.

Rippling is easy to use for both the administrator and the employee. I love that Rippling is constantly looking for ways to improve their product. There are numerous integrations with other systems to make the administrative work more automated, thus keeping the admin labor costs to a minimum. We switched to Rippling after using Paylocity and we could not be happier that we made this change!

While I don’t use it extensively, I find it to be a well-designed platform with a clear and organized interface that makes navigation seamless. We were using other methods of expense reimbursement and mileage reporting. Once we established an account with Rippling, we could use one platform for these items. Scheduling time off is simple and it's made easy for managers to approve a request. The notifications when paid are very cute and uplifting. Good job!

Pros

It's ease of use. We have used other sites and Rippling is by far the easiest to navigate.

Cons

I haven't found anything yet. We haven't used Rippling for a long period of time, but I don't expect to find anything that I dislike, if I haven't yet.

Pros

As an HR Generalist, Rippling has revolutionized the way I work and manage our business. It has reduced the basic rate of "human error", increased and streamlined all onboarding procedures from first step to last, improved our overall compliance in both the fields of Accounting and Human Resource. It has given our employees an all-in-one platform where they have agency to regulate their benefits, understand their wages, easily make changes during QLE's and give them the confidence to understand their benefits, equity shares, offers and payroll. Rippling integrates into Culture Amp (our Employee Engagement software) and SLACK - But the ease of use and ease of implementation is what I like most.

Cons

Rippling needs to help foreshadow possible issues and help educate their admins so they can stop problems before they start.

Very good. Easy both the website and application. I have been able to assist other people with entering their information into the system.

Pros

It is easy and very intuitive to the end user.

Cons

When I enter my "exit" time, I have to do this after the time, even if it's only a minute off. I would like a rule of rounding of 5-15 minutes. Example, if I log in at the end of my day at 2:28PM for an end time of 2:30PM because I'm not going to do any more work in two minutes, it would be nice to enter 2:30PM whereas now I have to remember to log back in after 2:30PM to "sign out" for the day.

The only other criticism would be when I am approving time cards, one on the last day of the pay period Rippling takes me to the first day of the next pay cycle. Also there seems to be a lag in when I approve a person's time card and when the system registers the person's time card has been approved.

Pros

Rippling is easy to use and has a great guided implementation which makes onboarding quick. There's still a great deal of customization and automation so it's easy to mold around existing P&P. Support is helpful and quick.

Cons

The pricing is a la carte which is great most of the time, but using the full feature set adds up quickly.

Customer support does not seem to be heavily trained in the product. Half the time I spend longer waiting on hold to resolve an issue while a support member researches my issue. The AI-generated scripts make call reviews fast and efficient and the overall functionality of the application is easy enough to manipulate if do your own research to find answers.

Our company uses Rippling for managing Medical, Dental, Insurance, and other benefits. Enrollment flow is easy to use in the module without any specific domain knowledge. Clear and concise page-wise flow makes it easy to handle and move from one page to another. Signing the documents is easy as you can electronically sign them.

Pros

The platform, firstly, is very aesthetically appealing. The paystub illustrations are super cute!
The platform is user-friendly, well designed, easy to understand, well-organized, intuitive.
Color usage is good and conducive to a good user experience.
Everything is laid out well and I always feel like I can find what I need. Plenty of resources to try to troubleshoot any issues or confusions on my own.

Cons

Sometimes updates lag in Rippling. I may still be asked to perform a task in Rippling that I have already done and it will be on my homepage like an eyesore–and even might prevent me from using needed features because the update I made within my Account hasn't taken. Seems like a glitch thing.

For example, I might update my insurance information in my Account, but Rippling might still be saying I haven't and I'll have a task on my homepage telling me to do my insurance stuff.

Pros

It's actually designed in a human way if employees accidentally choose not to take break and didn't explain why. Rippling will launch a pilot test and it will ask the employees if they have taken a break or no. That's very human.

Cons

So far I don't have any problems with Rippling.

Overall, I have had a great experience with Rippling. The first time using it, I was pretty nervous as to whether or not the payments would really go through. But over six months, it has all been great—the first payment and onward. It's reliable and seamless.

Pros

I like how Rippling provides fast and smooth payments from working remotely. It made things so much easier because I don't have to struggle with anything, which gave me peace of mind, allowing me to be comfortable doing my job.

Cons

What I liked least about Rippling is that sometimes the email notification about payment arrives either before the funds reach my bank or long after I’ve already received them. However, it’s not really a big issue, and overall, I have nothing to complain about.
