Zoho Flow is another good alternative to Zapier, Integromat etc. which is inexpensive and easily affordable by anyone running an online business. The Dashboard where we create the flows/integration is really very wide and everything is visible and we don't have to scroll up and down to see the flow.
There are some downsides as well like - the overall speed of Zoho Flow is not that good, that data flow between the connected apps takes time which is not a good sign for any integration software.
There is very less educational material/tutorials available on the internet from where you can learn.
Customer support for this product is not that good, you have to wait for long days to get the answer and that too will not satisfy your need ( sometimes).
Pros
Things that I like most about Zoho Flow are as such:-
1) Inexpensive.
2) Wide Dashboard.
3) The overall flow is easily visible and navigated smoothly. You can edit whichever step you want to without any extra scrolling, everything is visible to you ( the entire flow of the apps)
Cons
Things which I like leads about this software are:-
1) Slow Speed.
2) Data transfer takes time.
3) Testing Flow is not that easy.
4) While creating any flow or integration you have to go with the extra first few steps ( Like writing the name of the Flow, description etc) which I hate about the software.
5) Not enough educational material/tutorials to learn more about Zoho Flow. only if you have previously used any such software like - Zapier or integromat then only you can easily cope with this.
6) Not good Customer Support for this software.

I didn’t plan on using automation software yet because my business is still in the early stages. Since this came with my Zoho One subscription, I gave it a try and find it super useful. I can connect all of my other applications, and their support team is very responsive to requests for help or new connections, triggers and data points.
Pros
It’s fully functional automation software with lots of application connections and a generous usage limit for their plans. I got it as part of my Zoho One subscription, which I recommend if you’re thinking of the higher tier Flow plan. It’s almost the same price and you get access to almost all of their other apps.
Cons
It took a little while to figure out their specific query language, but their support team was always able to help.
Alternatives Considered
ZapierReasons for Switching to Zoho Flow
It was WAY cheaper than Zapier. All the other coaches I talk to complain about how expensive zaps are.

It is integrates with most environments in Zoho Suite, enabling far more detailed API connection for each module. One location to connect and oversee as well.
Some tools and solutions seem to work from the start.
Cons
Not easy to differentiate consumption between sources sometimes.
Support replies push towards 3rd party experts.

Average, not enough online material to be able to troubleshoot yourself if new to the software. If you do reach out as explained above the response time is very slow. I am not sure if this is due to the Flow team being smaller than other services. Projects is by far the best with the online chat function.
Pros
Cheap and easy to use. The integrations between Zoho services are fantastic if you love Zoho products.
Cons
The support team are very knowledgeable, however, it takes over 48 hours to get a response every single time.

My overall experience with Zoho Flow has been outstanding and very productive just to say the least. It provides me together with my teammates a common workspace where we collaboratively work together on creating integrations for our apps as well as building automation workflows to automate our repetitive tasks.
Pros
One of the things i like find most helpful in Zoho Flow is how it allows you to connect apps in your working infrastructure which makes it possible to have free and uninterrupted flow of data and information between the apps. This is very important as it ensures no delays in the flow of your information. Also, Zoho Flow is a very intuitive tool that has an user-friendly interface together with other features like trigger and drop which all helps makes it easy to create both simple and complex integrations for your apps. Also it offers pre-built flow templates to assist you get started by acting as guides to direct you on how to best use its functionalities. Another excellent thing about Zoho Flow is that it allows you to create automated workflows so as to automate your routine tasks which consumes a lot of time to accomplish. Its provides a shared working space where you can work together as a team to promote collaboration and teamwork which results to better performance and greater results.
Cons
I have nothing in Zoho Flow that i do like least about it. All features work efficiently and am completely satisfied with the experience am having with this product.

Not a finished product yet

Pros
We loved the Deluge script functionality, and the ability to write custom functions, which is missing in platforms like Zapier or Integromat.
Cons
The fact that the flows are pretty expensive, and also there's no way to handle execution failures. There's no rollback option or an option to process incomplete bundles. They also are poor at handling OAuth for different third-party software like TypeForm.

All the connections - not the best solution
Reviewed on 2019/11/14
Pros
We chose Zoho Flow because it was the only solution that allowed us to connect all the solutions we were using to automate the processes we needed. These included into and out of Zoho CRM, Outreach.io, Mailchimp, and Formspree. It also appeared to be the most cost-effective option.
Cons
Unfortunately, we found the connections to be unstable and poorly documented. Zoho Flow customer support was very helpful, and I would say that's their biggest strength. However, the real killer was that Zoho CRM relies a lot on webhooks instead of API connections, including with Zoho CRM. This forced us to have to consider upgrading our Zoho CRM account and other services in order to have the connections Zoho Flow requires. This was not made clear up-front from Zoho Flow when reading about the various connections they support. We ended up going with another service after our cost exposure here was too great + the unreliability was an issue.

Zoho Flow has been a great solution to some of our business workflow needs. Customer Service and Support has been fantastic - they helped clear up confusion, and implemented requested additions that would make our planned flow attainable.
Pros
I love its ability to interconnect several different platforms to create a dynamic automated workflow.
Cons
It isn't initially all that intuitive, it could definitely use some more documentation and tool-tips to help understand some of its available connections.

Great product to synchronize your workflow
Reviewed on 2021/05/31
Pros
This software has truly helped us integrate our applications and synchronize our workflow. What I love about Zoho Flow is it's ability to organize tasks - particularly those that would need collaboration amongst the team members. The dashboard is very user-friendly as well. The pop up reminders are very helpful to keep me with my task goals.
Cons
The support here in my country is not as visible as most requests are done virtually - via email. Since everything is stored in the cloud, high internet connectivity is very much required.

I am generally happy with Zoho Flow. I can't say that I would ever pay for it, though (I get free access through Zoho One).
Pros
Has a lot of triggers and actions for apps in the Zoho Suite that other automation software (i.e. Zapier) lacks.
Cons
There isn't an option to manually test individual steps, which makes it somewhat user-unfriendly. Additionally, it does not have the capacity to generate POST webhooks, which is an important feature to have in an automations platform.

Great New Tool!
Reviewed on 2018/05/18
Pros
We are happy that Zoho added Zoho Flow. We use Zapier to connect to other apps and automate processes but not all the Zoho apps we use are available in Zapier. But they are available in Flow. With Zoho Flow, we connect to other apps that connect to Zapier for complete automation processes. There are processes we can perform in Zoho Flow that we cannot perform in Zapier. We also have the ability to create custom processes as well.
Cons
It will be great to integrate with more apps. This is not a con because Zoho Flow is new and it takes time to add new apps.

Automatiza las apps de Zoho al máximo.

Pros
