well, the first time I chose a reward, it was not available to get. The company was having problems getting the certificate. But this time it came quickly.

I love the fact bucketlist points give that opportunity to appreciate your peer and let others know the achievement done by the individual. This is super easy and most efficient way to say Thank you and acknowledge.

Not much of Cons, Only as manager you can have more then 100 points per week to distribute,

I would prefer all users were notified when recognition was given and not just the ppl receiving it.

And when you receive recognition in the form of a gift card, you can receive it digitally immediately! No waiting for it to come in the mail.

The value for points is too low and could be increased.

Ease of use and simple UI design with nearly flat colors which are pleasant to eyes.

My suggestion would look least interested still I want to talk about it. If I search on google as "bucketlist", I get so many other results, rarely anyone relevant to features Bucketlist providing though. I would say SEO could be improved to make it stands out in the google search results that makes it more reachable.

This website is easy to use and is great to recognize coworkers.

There is nothing that I did not like about Bucketlist.

Awesome incentive to reward and recognize employees/peers for their hard work.

Can not think of anything currently - maybe put a reminder that pops up for supervisors to recognize their employees.

I do not like to take a piece of paper with reward on it to redeem -would rather receive a card to use

Great way to recognize your colleagues and/or Management Team. It's also nice to receive positive feedback and recognition from other Team members.

No cons so far. Easy to use and great way to create a positive work environment. I'm glad that Teppermans has implemented this. management do a great job in recognizing the Team.

25 points to distribute come every month and the choices on egift cards are robust

the layout should be easier/clearer when choosing who sees the recognition.

I like the ease of use and being able to help my coworkers earn giftcards and days off

The only thing I diss like is not being able to give out more than 8 points a month

that the employees get to choose an experience and enjoy the things they love.

that when you try to redeem a gift card after you receive one , it says report to HR doesn't know what to do. It wont like you redeem but just one and then glitches. That needs to be fixed !
