This app has been a tremendous addition to our company's time tracking methods.

I do find there to be some bugs with the app- especially with android users. The team at busybusy are always helpful to rectify the issues when we reach out!

Pros
-Could build labor budgets.

-GPS locations.

-App reminds you to clock in when you get to the job site.

-Time consuming to edit each employees hours each week. Our typical work week is 7am-3:30pm. If a guy clocks in at 6:45 we have to manually change it at the end of the week to 7am. Also their break time is 30 mins each day. Your default is 15 mins so we have to manually edit each week.

-Can't build a labor budget based off the cost code rather you need to create a sub-projects.

-Would be nice if it could sync with Procore so we don't have to manually enter labor each week.

-Glitches ever so often.

It works well with how our company was already scheduling our jobs. Makes time tracking, much smoother, easier. Also love the job costing!

There really isn't anything. The customer service is top notch. They love ideas for improvements and even reach out to speak with you in more detail regarding them and how you feel it would be an improvement.

Its has more features based on my industry than my previous time taking app.

Administrators would benefit from being able to opt out of geo fencing for project clock ins

busybusy software tool helps employees and employers keep track of timesheets and performance. Overall it is a good tool to have for small and medium businesses alike.

It can be a little hard to start with in the beginning. but its worth it investment.

It is easy to use. Nice to be able to pull up all the different job sites.

If you are on a big job site, you keep getting notifications that you have left the site. I usually turn off my location after I log in so I don't get those notifications

We use busybusy to complete payroll, target project management needs, and capture billable hours

We actually don't access all features we could in busybusy. For our small business it, we are finding our use appropriate and essential. So we actually don't know what we are missing. WE are having trouble with our management force buying in to the concept. They feel like we are tracking them.

We are happy with the time capturing and scheduling system

So far we have no complaints with the way we have been using the system

Mobile app can be a little "clunky" to navigate. I would like the feature to delete instead of archiving some projects.

The ease of use, it's changed how we track time overall.

I want more automated reporting, specifically for vacation or PTO.

Easy to use, easy for employees to get started, real time tracking, photo capabilities, injury reporting, daily reports, project management.

I can't think of anything negative and Busybusy is constantly making upgrades and improvements to enhance the capabilities of the product.

BusyBusy is self-explanatory and easy to learn. Our employees, who are not exactly computer savvy, were able to pick up how to use the app very quickly.

I don't like that you can't just add a piece of equipment without having to wait for it to be approved.

Moving from paper time cards to a fully online digital time tracking solution that each of my guys can access from the phones they already have is huge. This saves time, validates hours worked, and allows me to do accurate Job Costing

Very happy with what busybusy is offering at the moment. They have updates and extra features that come out periodically and I've been pleased with how they are keeping things up to date to help me operate my business in an ever changing economic environment.

I like the new features that have came out, it helps make payroll and work order management alot easier

I like all of the features, if we were able to have busy busy attached to our workorders in excel so whenever anything is entered in one, the other is automatically updated you would be our hero

It is easy to use, all of my employees can use it mobile. I have online access and mobile access to all of my users.

I really don't have any cons for what I use the app for. It works great for us.

Busy busy is very easy to use. It very accurately keeps track of the time you work on anything as long as the user uses it correctly.

I have no complaints at this time it meets all of my needs.

Overall my experience with busybusy have been successful. I personally have had zero issues when it comes to the navigation and reporting while using the application. My experience with their customer service is outstanding and they will do whatever it takes to resolve the issue immediately. The overall navigation is simple and easy to use. My eleven year old knows how to use it. The cost is low comparable to other timekeeping applications.

As of today the only cons that I personally have is that it currently does not integrate with our bidding software. If this could integrate it would be the perfect software for our company.
