Trustpilots are part of my incetive at work so I tend to make sure that my name appear on the platform and trust pilots work the same as google reviews

As a customer, I expect a certain level of sincerity and professionalism from companies, especially those that promote genuine customer experiences. Unfortunately, my interactions with this company have been utterly disappointing, characterized by a lack of real communication and a failure to adhere to their own stated guidelines.

I approached the company with a serious concern that directly contradicted their community guidelines. Rather than receiving a thoughtful response, I was met with robotic, automated replies. These messages, which were ostensibly translated into Danish, failed to address the specific issues I raised. It's perplexing and frustrating to receive a response in a language that suggests no genuine effort to understand my initial communication.

Furthermore, the company's reliance on automated responses underlines a significant gap between their professed values and actual practices. It's disheartening to see a company talk about authenticity and customer engagement, only to hide behind generic, automated messages that offer no real solutions or acknowledgments of the problem.

The irony is that their replies often reference their guidelines and rules, which, from my experience, they don't seem to follow themselves. This contradiction not only undermines their credibility but also highlights a worrying lack of accountability.

For a company that is part of a platform like Trustpilot, which is designed to foster transparency and honest feedback, this behavior is particularly concerning. It's essential for such platforms to represent companies that genuinely interact and engage with their customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.

In conclusion, I am left with a sense of profound disappointment and frustration. The service I received was far from the sincere, problem-solving approach I expected. If the company is genuinely interested in improving and upholding its standards, I urge them to reevaluate their customer interaction strategies and start practicing what they preach. Until then, I can only advise others to approach this company with caution.

I always use Trustpilot as reference point when I'd like to know if I can (of course) trust a service, especially if you are going to pay money for and give your personal details.
I am really satisfied, it helped me to avoid risky app and services; at the same time the good ones can have more customers.

Personally wouldn't recommend Trustpilot. It's a have-to-use in some cases but I wouldn't pay for it.

I find Trust Pilot a highly reliable resource where I can read opinions about services or goods. I feel that it also creates a sense of trust that I am able to have my customers write a potential product feedback. My rating is 10/10 and I continue to use Trust Pilot in the future both professionally and personal.

I have been using trustpilot for years, I am always looking for new methods of online earning and investment, the web is now a jungle that includes many types of worlds, good and bad, I use trustpilot mainly to be able to make a first online selection and to understand so which websites are more reliable than others. On many occasions it has allowed me to fall into guaranteed scams, in fact the websites were perfectly created and seemed to be reliable sites, but reading the reviews on trustpilot, left by unfortunate people who had fallen for it before me, I understood that instead it was a scam that would have cost me money and time. I must say that very often trustpilot, thanks to the positive reviews, has allowed me to discover websites that I didn't know. Fundamental division into categories to find new inspiration.

Yes, I've been using it for more than 2 years, for deep knowledge of URLs, Applications. Website, Web pages, for evaluation and use in my research work. I recommend it to everyone.

Using it for less than half year. It's easy to implement but it's hard to uplift feedback score when you start from industry average rating (3.6 in my case)

I love that I can express my views and it will be put on the platform what I have said. I do not want anyone to not put up my review simply because it is negative. Rather the company should get the feedback and fix the issue
