Affordable and easy to set up and use.

The online booking system has improved a lot, but it still has some things that can be improved in comparison to other systems.

It is Canadian and responses are very quick.

The emails sent out to clients don't always make it, or don't work with vertain emails. I am not sure if that is a Noterro issue or the email domain isse though.

Lack of metrics such as:
-patients who haven't rescheduled for each practitioner for a given timeframe
-number of initial assessments/treatments/no shows in a given date range

Quite easy to use for our healthcare business

Wish that it had auto correct for spelling

Quick reply from support center when there is a problem.

The app could be more user friendly when first creating a profile. I found there were a lot of steps.

The limited personalization of colors, fonts layout etc

Easy to navigate. Price is good for features.

Colour display for different treatments on calendar are small rather than changing the entire appointment.

On calender display it's hard to see if form is complete ir just sent.

Everything all in one program, can be customized for different therapists, different professions, online and receptionist use, clients can set up their own log in and see past appointments etc - so end of year they can print out the history.

My only complaint is that the past program that we used, it would change the colour of a client on the schedule that has paid, makes it easy to follow in a busy day. SO you know who has paid and yet to pay, Noterro doesn't have this, they have an little icon which can be missed at a quick glance.

Initial set up for forms and online booking “check boxes”. It was a little bit of a learning curve that I needed noterro help for.I received help VERY quickly both times, so the experience was a positive one

It's very clearly made for practitioners - not on marketing. The features are intuitive and clever, making my every day experience better than ever. I'm particularly excited about the "snapshot" feature, which shows all the current items pertaining to your client.

could be prettier, and I'd love it if there were more quick navigational keys on my keyboard (mostly "n" for next and "p" for previous).

Great customer service. The features I use are simple to use.

Some of the features they've added over the years are more comprehensive than what I need, so they seem a bit complicated to me. That said, I know they have videos and webinars to learn new features, if I ever need them.

The ease of use for the therapist and client

I can’t use any of the software off-line. I would like to be able to chart while not having Internet.

Love the scheduling, patient reminders, online booking, clinical notes and how it all integrates

The only thing it doesn’t have is the ability to track my employees hours and do their payroll on it. It does absolutely everything else and is so cheap and fairly intuitive

I found the direct billing feature to be clumsy and overly complicated. I chose not to have it because of this

I love how user friendly that it is for my admin staff. One of the features that I like the most it how it tracks everything. Booking times, who booked, who made changes to the appointment, date of invoice, date of transaction...almost everything is there! Noterro is always improving on it's services.

When there is an upgrade, there is always a glitch somewhere in the system. Super inconvenient and at least once a year you have to learn a new feature. It messes up the flow of bookings and SOAP notes for a while.

Customer Service, help, suggestions. Also Noterro is very powerful. It does not leave me wanting anything else.

I can't learn all it's features fast enough. When I get used to the interface it changes.
