I use this software as part of my kid's school sign-up forms and administration. I find it easy and convenient.

I don't have many cons. Perhaps the forms section could be easier to navigate but basically fine.

The support staff at TUIO is amazing, they are quick and very helpful.

The only 2 thing that I would like to see developed is to have a conversation to happen if a stop payment occurs before it happens. Sometimes the student is still enrolled in the program and they do a stop payment and that results in a charge. but if a conversation could occur before that would be better. The second thing that i would highly suggest to be improved is how withdrawals show up on parent's statements. since it is a series of numbers some people don't recognize what the payment is for.

Nothing. This product was useless for my child care facility and day home agency.

This program is useless for my business and the features they promised (that could actually help with my admin tasks) were actually not available. I can't use it and I tried to cancel before I even rolled it out to my parents; I still have to pay for the full 3 years. They did nothing except a one hour session to tell me how to do the things I was told they would do.

TUIO has been great in helping us organize our billing and enrollment! Customer service is always available and so helpful!

So far we are happy with everything! I just wish I had more time in my day to further explore everything TUIO has to offer!

RESTRICTIONS IN SETTING UP DIFFERENT PROGRAMS AND OPTIONS

The customer support is amazing! They are always there when I need them. They make themselves avalable through email, quick chat, meetings, and phone calls!

Nothing! The navigation can be hard as a new user but is instantly made easy with all of the help guides provided to us from their experts.

Easy to use, lots of functionality, low fees, great support.

Some things need approval, which I get. Sometimes things are hard to find, but they are quick to teach you where it is.

Quick set up with great customer service. All questions submitted to the support team are answered quickly.

Some parents have trouble using TUIO. The credit card fees are high however parents still like having that option and the automatic payments make things a lot easier.

With TUIO, payment processing is easy and the software is easy to setup and use.

I haven't encountered issues yet with TUIO

Parents are able to easily pay how they like. No more checks in the mail, unless they want.

Unable to have programs that parents can pay as they want until the balance is fulfilled.

The customer service is amazing. They respond quickly, update the platform, teach us how to use it and overall we have had a great experience.

Not as easy to upload documents ourselves, however, they do all the heavy lifting so not really a "con".

That we do not need to 'collect' money, your platform does that for us

That when payments don't go through or aren't approved there isn't a way to ensure we receive those monies

I like that Tuio helps us streamline our entire admission and enrollment process.

Tuio is expensive for us as a small private school.

TUIO sends me alerts and notifications when an invoice is overdue.

Sometimes I have technical problems an a program won’t load.

I was new to TUIO and had to start from scratch. [sensitive content hidden] was there from the beginning. He took the time, many meetings to show me how TUIO worked. He always answers emails almost immediately. He is always patient, kind and easy to work with. I never had such customer service in all my years in the administrative field.

It would be nice if you guys did payroll. It would be nice if TUIO had more options in the reports.

Maybe the payments could be done faster

Because of its affordability and user-friendliness, Tuio is the best tuition management program out there.

I currently do not have any cons to report to potential buyers.

The customer service and the option for full management of account .

The product for me is not self explanatory and the ease of use is important since my time is in the classroom teaching and directing consumes my day. I would prefer a designated customer service person to assist me in this area of my job. The full service option is incredibly important to my job.

The customer service is outstanding. My bookkeeper and I are extremely helped by the ability to run any report that we would like to. For the most part, it is a very intuitive system to use. The transaction fees are reasonable. The ability to use both a registration and an enrollment is helpful to our audience.

The only thing I would change is adding the ability to create a group, say the "1st grade" group of 14 students, so I can select that group and send an invoice to all 14 at the same time, instead of having to enter their names individually.

I love the customer service. I always get help instantly and my issues are resolved almost instantly!!

Some of the applications aren’t super straight forward. Could be slightly more user friendly to create things like forms

Tuio is user friendly and has a lot of great features. We only use for payments, enrollment, and student form management.

Form creation is a tedious process because you have to enter in each component of the form. Sadly you’re unable to upload a document and build a form like adobe.
