Overall, Rent Manager is a great product for standard Property Management uses. A great option for the cost and they seem to be steadily releasing updates that actually improve the functionality of the product.

I have used Rent Manager for eight years, and it's a great tool for our company, especially with the easy navigation and convenient features. It gives you the ability to print monthly financials, view charges, and submit work orders. The tenants love that they can review their accounts, pay rent, and submit work orders directly to out maintenance team.

Overall it is a great product I just wish I knew more about rent manager software and what it can do for me to be able to optimize it more.

I've used it for over 7 years and will gladly continue to use it. I have used other property management software and have found them clunky and hard to navigate.

It took a little while to learn all it has to offer but once I got past the learning curve it has been great to use!

This is our second go around with Rent Manager. Unfortunately we thought that there was better out there, switched to Appfolio for a year, and here we are switching back less than one year later. There are a lot of things that I thought Rent Manager was lacking, but low and behold they had those things in the pipelines and I have no complaints now.

The best! Really can't say enough about the product and the people. It has made sending rent invoices manually (including printing, stuffing, and mailing) from a 4 hour process, to literally a 5 minute process for our properties.

I love it, it has fantastic reports available. This is probably my favorite part. Customer service is usually very helpful.

Excellent, this product meets the needs of all the different types of property management we do without having to utilize several platforms. Managing several different types of property with the same software is a huge timesaver for us.

RM has provided a sound product and continues to grow and change each year, while also keeping the customization for each customer. I like that my setup is for ME and someone else change tweek stuff to make it how they need. I have used this software for 13 years and have only had a few issues, which were mainly resolved by the wonderful/knowledgeable RM support staff. When in doubt of something new, I utilize the in-software help or call RM support and get an answer to my delimma promptly.

Great, we love that we can check payment history and see when a lease has been signed.

Since we have been using this product, we have been more than satisfied. If we do run into a problem that we personally can not solve, the Rent Manager agents have always been exceptional in their service to us, as well as, friendly, non-judgmental and get the issue taken care of quickly. Can't say enough about the RM staff!

Achieved what I had hoped - Based in Canada it would be good to have an integrated payment processor - Zego Payments can't process international cards

Great experience overall. Michael Cobb was a fantastic implementation specialist. I had a lot of unique problems that he helped me figured out. He was always prepared for the next call. His services alone made Rent Manager worth the price.
