Our team loves the ability to remotely control specific content, manage playlists, and being able to preinstall content on our digital screens. It's the only application we use on our digital screens.

Downloading OptiSigns onto our screens can be challenging, and relying on Wi-Fi connections is one of the biggest issues we have with our screens in general.

OptiSigns has been a game-changer for our digital signage needs. The portal is easy to navigate, and has made creating and managing content an absolute breeze. Setting up screens was simple, and the platform’s ability to schedule and update content remotely has saved us so much time and effort when managing multiple locations.

The variety of templates and integrations they offer lets us quickly create engaging and dynamic displays that capture attention. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our team and customers alike since using OptiSigns.

Their customer support has been great as well. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance, their support was quick to respond and very helpful.

Overall, OptiSigns offers fantastic value for its price, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-packed digital signage solution!

There is a bit of a learning curve for more advanced features, but as mentioned, anytime we have any questions we either find the answer in support articles or the support team has been able to help us.

I liked the price and the minimal equipment required. It was appropriately priced and I didn't have to buy multiple pieces of equipment. It was straightforward to set up internally. I also really like how easy it was to set up and how easy the website is to create your digital signage.

I don't have any cons. It was hard to work through all the different options for digital signage but that is no fault to OptiSigns.

OptiSigns is a straightforward solution to posting information on our lobby visitor screen. It is user-friendly to operate; it's as simple as creating an informational slide or uploading one already created for you. As a company with multiple office locations, we are able to use OptiSigns to share content with one another while also having the freedom to display different content on each screen at the same time.

I have not yet encountered a reason to dislike OptiSigns in the time I have used it, for the method I am using it.

Setup was quick and simple with good support from OptiSign. The interface is clear and straightforward making it easy for us to manage our signage devices and most importantly for our marketing department to deploy content across site. Content can be scheduled easily for different events that occur throughout the day and also schedule down time for evenings or holiday periods.

There have been no real issues since setup, any questions we have had have been easily answered through support.

It is a very simple and easy-to-use interface that includes many features to get you or your business to display anything you need.

The only issue that I ran into was setting up an app to display and then needing a change that ended up not working. I then had to delete it and re-create it to get the app to show the updated information.

Simple setup and lots of different modules to use. The software is very responsive and push to clients is almost immediate.

The management console can sometimes be cluttered

The ease of use for this product is worlds better than what we were using previously. Basically drag and drop with schedules and playlists. I was able to set up a schedule the first day and have been adding and subtracting from the playlists as needed ever since. Easy to set up on our television, and easy for my team to keep updated.

I could do with fewer emails from them, but I'm sure that's in a setting somewhere that I have yet to track down due to my own prioritization. The system itself has yet to disappoint me in any way.

Optisigns allowed me to take my business advertising into the modern digital age. I was able to replace a very outdated paper rack system with a TV display and the OptiSigns Pro Signage Player. The system was easy to set up and it has made advertising and information distribution to employees easy.

There was a minor issue with a full display during the intial set up, but was corrected with a simple call to customer service. However, when the dispaly is turned back on each day, I have to unplug the player in order to reset it so the full screen is displayed.

After a little bit of playing with the software, it becomes user friendly and easy to use. There are so many different things you can do with this software. There are many free templates that can be used to speed up and decrease the time you need to get your messaging across.

I don't have a con for this system. The issues I have faced have been user error.

We already use Apple TV's connected to our TV's in the store. We use them to broadcast our phone or iPad screens to show our in store customers (during our demos) on how the apps work on a bigger screen than our phone for instance. Since we already owned these Apple TV devices, this was a no brainer as we didn't have to purchase anything except the OptiSigns app to make it work!

So far we have no complaints and are still surprised it works so well for us.

This is by far one of the easiest and simplest programs I have ever used. It took me only 10 minutes to learn the features and functions and I have been using it everyday since them. Employees love seeing information they can use in real-time, and it helps minimize the traffic to the HR department for common information that employees usually come to see us for. I love that I can incorporate slides that have QR codes that we use to direct employees to payroll and benefits vendors and enrollment sites. I love this program!

So far there isn't anything that I can say I like least. I know there are more features to use, and I cannot wait to be able to learn more and more features available on the platform.

My overall experience with OptiSigns has been fantastic! The platform makes it incredibly easy to manage and display my advertising content. The user-friendly interface, along with the robust features, allows me to create eye-catching, dynamic content that effectively engages my audience. I truly appreciate how OptiSigns simplifies digital signage for my business needs.

Honestly, I have very few cons with OptiSigns because it works so well for my advertising needs. If I had to pick one minor point, it would be that I'd love to see even more customization options for templates. But overall, the platform is fantastic and highly effective for my business

I really enjoy using the product. The overall presentation is clean, looks sharp, and gives my team the ability to use their creative energy to create attention grabbing and engaging content. Not many limitations to the product and am a happy customer!

Some minor details like screens logging out of OptiSigns so we have to reconnect them. Usually happens a couple times per week.

The ease of use is the most I like about it on my end. I can update and change anything in a timely manner. Customer service is fast to respond. OptiSigns has been great for our company. We are able to get important information to all employees, recognition and announcements via the screens located in our buildings. Most of our employees are in a shop floor environment. The employees feel like they are getting acknowledged and understand what is going on throughout the company on a weekly basis.

I don't have any cons at this time. I am going to start integrating other Products into our playlists so I am excited to figure that out.

the price was a very big reason as to why we chose OptiSigns, one of the vendors we were using for just a small portion of our service marketing was double what we are paying for everything we do with OptiSign now. also love the amount that we can do with it too.

i think there is a bit of clunky-ness in a lot of different places in OptiSigns as far as opening diffrent parts, and multiple designs, as well as the lack of a "save as" feature. i tend to make a lot of designs with slight differences and could just make those changes and "save as" new name. instead of starting from scratch or making a design a template, and opening it every time just to make a minor change.
