getting rid of legacy in recruiting - focusing on digitizing the recruiting business process

Pros

softfactors suite is tailor-made for today`s challenges: recruiting in a seller-market the best candidates for e.g. industry 4.0 or IoT type of jobs. They digitize the recruiting process to an extend, that a corporation can think over to free-up recruiters and ask the line manager to recruite in a self-service modus

Cons

regarding the software nothing comes to my mind actually. From my point of view it might be an issue, that softfactors AG is located in Switzerland and that it is a start-up. Well it is fast growing, but still a start-up

A perfect system to assess and select quickly and efficiently candidates

The softfactor recruiting suite is easy to use for both, HR professionals and candidates. The results of the assessment through the recruiting suite is so accurate that every selection process gains in efficiency. Candidates receive a qualified report about their skills and personal competencies which leaves them with a positive experience and therefore they will keep a good impression of the recruiting process and the potential employer using the softfactor recruiting suite.
As a well seasoned HR professional I can unconditionnally recommend the recruiting tool. It increases the chances that the selected candidates for the final check are really the ones the fullfill the job requirements at its best.

Through a targeted process, Softfactor helped us find highly qualified candidates in a short period of time.

Pros

intuitive and generally easy to use; easy collaboration in recruiting process; professional and efficient handling of large numbers of candidates possible

Cons

Some of the administrative functions are more complex to use and need training.

concept of recruiting and design of digital recruiting process. overview of candidates in one tool.

Cons

switch around within the functionalities are not that easy and need to be improved. also missing adding function to include candidates coming from other sources.
