The product helped us during the Covid pandemic when all users were working from home, it has been a lifesaver for us. I recommend this product to any organization looking for a perfect remote support tool.
It has helped increase our business process and compliance level. We have also been able to meet up with the agreed internal SLA.
Pros
Its ability to do admin tasks on the end user's system without giving the user an admin password.
Screen sharing does not require any software installation.
It has different ways to access a user system, you can simply send the user a link or inform the user to find you on the public URL.
The solution is very easy to set up compared to some other products.
Third-party integration with solutions like SysAid was also seamless.
With little or no training, the solution is good to go for anyone.
Cons
For me, the solution is perfect, except for the UI interface which needs to be improved to make it look more fanciful.

My overall experience has been good. I like Beyond Trust remote support better. It is easy to use and easy to give the link to our end users. In addition, if I am having an issue with my computer, the Help desk uses Beyond Trust remote support.
Pros
I like this product better than our previous software. Beyond Trust remote support is a lot easier to use.
Cons

I like the ability to screen share with members so I can see what they see because most of the time its just user error why members had issues.
Cons
When trying to assist MAC users we always had issues connecting due to some security error that would not let us screen share.

Great remote support software!

Pros
The ability to pin endpoints and have quick and easy access to them makes supporting our users so much easier. I can literally take a call and be in their machine withing 10 second of the user telling me their issue.
Cons
Remote support for mobile devices is a bit more involved. It requires the user installing the remote support app, entering site URL and session key, and enabling screen recording (for iOS devices). It's still not terrible, but it would be nice to have a quicker option. Probably just a limitation of mobile devices though.

I have been trying so many remote apps but this one is the best so far. This application is very easy to use. As i deal with the clients who need fast services but thanks to its low downtime. It just connect at a go. I recommend this app to everyone who works remotely.

Remote support supports installation, debugging, exploration and supporting of multiple platforms virtually. The network connected via web could open up remote session and have users successfully communicate across the world on any nature of support. The software supports presentation, screen sharing and troubleshooting of any platform within the network.
Cons
The presence of high speed internet is a direct dependency on getting the communication established for remote support. Any minor disruption in the internet connection could force the installation or assistance offered via remote to be restarted from the scratch.
