So positive! Rep is my life line with the software, and it eases the pain of procurement for a 90+ location company.
Pros
The customer service that comes along with this software is truly its best asset. However, software wise, it's very easy to add/delete/audit/organize inventory.
Cons
The software can be a little tedious and granular when reproducing bulk orders for more than one location. Provided this feedback to the support team and they've ensured they've taken it back to the developers.

Overall it's been a great transition into using this streamlined software. There have been a few bumps in the road, but that's how companies get better! Customer Service is always outstanding - very responsive & knowledgeable!
Pros
That I can compile my own product lists, specific to my locations needs. But I also enjoy that I can see what others in the company have ordered/added to the product list because it can give me ideas.
Cons
That the pricing doesn't update consistently, so I find myself checking prices over multiple items to ensure we are getting the best price. I thought the system was supposed to do something like that already, but as a User only, I've already explored all the things I can and cannot do. Items also don't update from being out of stock. I also have had issues with the substitutions - like why would you sub Plastic Bowls when I definitely ordered Paper Bowls? If I had wanted plastic bowls, I would have ordered PLASTIC!

linking of vendors has been slowsubstitutions are not the best product and are slow to get and may not be the right replacementorders in general take too long to process.

Pros
Order.co is very easy for my team and I to use. It's great as a one stop shop for everything I need for my business. The customer service team is phenomenal and helps find alternate products and keeps me up to date on orders and returns. I love that I can see links to products directly on the ordering page so I can get more information before ordering.
Cons
I can't think of anything that I would change or add to Order.co. We love it!

What I like the most about Order.com is the accessibility I have to quickly order by category while at the same time being able too see how much spending I have left ton my budget.
Cons
I wish I could see the tracking for the Amazon orders, the page makes me go on Amazon for it and I don't have an account.

Pros
My favorite part of Order is the Order Chrome Extension that allows users to add products from any google chrome url directly to the Order cart. Two clicks and you're done!
Cons
I'm going to be honest - the ONLY thing that disappoints me about Order was when the name was changed from Negotiatus. 'I'm going to order on Order" - sounds a bit silly. Luckily, my only complaint does not actually change the functionality of the site. Order is wonderful!

Overall, I believe that Order.co is a very useful software that should be tried by companies who need a convenient and useful way to efficiently order supplies. There are some features that can be improved on, but it works very well for all your ordering needs.
Pros
I appreciate how all items our company uses from various vendors can all appear all in the same place. Order.co makes adding our own items from vendor sites very simple and fast. It makes purchasing items very convenient.
Cons
There have been times where a selected item is said to be delivered from a specific vendor, then without notice it changes vendors and charges us a fee for not meeting the minimum requirements for free shipping. It can be misleading this way, and has caused confusion in the past. However, the customer service team at Order.co is very friendly and kind enough to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Pros
Ordering from one platform, where I can save frequently needed items, makes managing inventory for the store a breeze. Adding items that aren't within the system is simple as well and I've never had an issue.
Cons
Shipping times take longer than going directly through Amazon at times. Still quick enough, with ordering products well enough in advance. This would be the one minor setback. If you were in a rush to get something shipped asap, it could cause an issue. If you are organized with your inventory, this won't be an issue.

I have never had a bad experience. Some items haven't shown up and said they were shipped to another state but Order.co always gave me a refund or resent the products
Pros
The ease of doing any kind of return. They reach out immediately when something was either not delivered to the correct address or just needs to be returned. Its never a hassle.
Cons
I wish that the prices of items that you have to manually add from websites like Amazon would update automatically when the prices change.

Pros
The product is easy to use and easy to navigate. There are always directions available when adding new products but overall the process is simple and easy and makes ordering supplies a less tedious task.
Cons
Integration with our business was successful but our team was unaware of all the additional features. They're may already be available resources, but video tutorials on how to fully maximize usage of this software would have been beneficial in its rollout at our facility.

As with all rollouts, it was difficult in the beginning as there is alot to learn. But, now everyone is accustomed to the process and appreciates all of the record keeping features.
Pros
I like the ability to categorize purchases and run reports to show staff the expenses each month. The staff also like having the itemized listing for record keeping and it reduces the inquiries to the accounting team.
Cons
There is alot to learn in order to use it efficiently and effectively. Would have appreciated more training for administrative team to easily use the various functions.

Ease of use. This software makes purchasing products through my organization a breeze.
Cons
My organization chooses most frequently bought products as what we can purchase through Negotiatus. This means that we usually cannot purchase other like-items, but are restricted to the selection of our organization instead of price and item comparing.

Pros
As a base user, I find that it's very intuitive. Look for items, add them to your shopping cart, make a purchase.
Cons
I think it would be a nice feature to include an automatic list - either a shopping list or a report - that would generate top items based off of, say, every 6 orders placed, or something along those lines. I know it's very easy to create shopping lists, but I think it would be handy to be able to see the most commonly purchased items and categories.
One other con, pertaining to the name change, is that it's not so easy moving from a noun to a verb. For instance, it looks a bit clumsy to type "I'm still waiting on a few items of my order from Order."

This software is very user friendly. The system remembers previous orders, making it extremely easy to reorder items. I like that I can choose items from a company like Staples and Order will negotiate the best prices.
Cons
The solftware could be improved by an easier tracking of ETA of said product.
