A++ for service, features and usability

Great contact with the software team who are keen to assist and even implement new functions or customize certain parts to make our work easier.

Pros

Our cusotmers of course appreciate the increased return rate. For us, the software really decreased the amount of time and effort we have to put into matching found property with their owners. That gives us so much more time to serve our cusotmers. The features I'd like to point out are image recognition (take a picture of an item and the technology actually recognizes and categorizes it), automatic matching of items and owners and the return portal (shipping + payment).

Cons

There could be more languages offered, though this seems to be an issue being tackled at the moment.

Can only fully recommend for international airport environment

Very nice piece of software and a very enthusiastic team that always has an open ear for updates, new features or improvements that then actually get done.

Pros

Great team behind the software that helped us really customise everything exactly how we needed it.

Cons

We didn't want the solution hosted on AWS, which was finally possible, but only after long discussions
