I love how easy it is to use this software. Every feature has been designed with ease of use and speed in mind. I don't have a lot of spare time on my hands, so finding time to review colleagues or give praise - but with Hi5, I can do that in less than 5 minutes. They also strive to make HR - something that is painful and boring - into something fun and exciting

If there is anything I don't like about Hi5, it has been the overall speed of the platform. Unfortunately the more information, staff and Hi5s you have, means the platform slows down - taking longer to load.

- Very interactive,
- Allow people to review each other on different projects they work on.
- Great tool to search if staff is happy.

- Can have a lot of system errors.
- Sends a lot of emails, feels like spam emails at times.
- Profile set up should be made much simpler.

Recognising Peers does volumes for morale. This is the main reason i make a special effort to use this app.

I cannot think of a single downside of the actual software. I just wish management would use it more. Especially C level executives.

Good support, nice vibe to the product. It worked well for a small team.

Limitations on number of users for free and not enough value in paid.

Great place to uplift team spirit. Perfect for recognizing and making visible young and underwritten talents with the company.

The risk that someone remains under the radar. A basic concern is that someone uses it to harm or not to critic positively otherse.

The software is easy to use and makes showing appreciation easy in a culture where the art of giving positive feedback is sorely neglected. It is a fantastic move into the future of employee appreciation as it allows a more agile and cumulative approach to the performance review nightmare that everyone faces at the end of the year.

It doesn't take into account the people within the company who do not work in a team. the only person that sees what these people do is the manager and sometimes the client. This can cause a skewed view when it comes to overall performance within the company.

It creates a sense of unity in our company, which is important considering how scattered we are.
It provides a new and less formal platform that email to express feelings.

It can create some competition and deceitfulness if the results are used for salaries.
It also excludes people who may be doing great work but aren't as social/ well known by others :(

Receiving Appreciation for simple things that people tend to miss and it's fun.

Only having 5 hi5's per week :) We want more :)

It's fun, it's where you appreciate your colleagues at work. Always updates you with the Teams birthdays- that most important, this app makes us feel like home while we at work.

It also make you feel not to left behind, giving out Hi5 is the most interesting part. End of the day if you're the top giver, you win Hi5 Award and some little gift from the office to make it more interested.

I love how Hi5 encourages team members to share appreciation on everyday tasks - what a great way to motivate each other! I also enjoy reading team updates on the platform rather than sending emails - all company news is now kept in one one central place. Thanks Hi5!

On my android phone I can't add GIFS when I Hi5 team members - I know my colleagues with iPhones doesn't have the same problem. Please fix that! :)

This product allows myself and team to show recognition to each other.

The lack of features - but that's improving each update.

Recognition of staff helps a lot. The leaderboard on who gives the most is also great.

For some reason, when you move into a new month, your hi5s from the previous month can no longer be accessed in terms of backing someone else's hi5. This is always odd when someone gave a hi5 on 31st of the month and you only see it on 1st of the new month.

It's a conversation starter that creates a positive atmosphere in the company. It's a great way for employees to feel encouraged by pointing out highlights!

It sometimes lagged a bit in the past, but not anymore. It was also missing some features which have now been added on.

It allows recognition and helps screen data of how an entire organisation is performing through the input of everyone. This is beneficial for improving company culture.

Not much can be disliked about Hi5 other than that the graphical theme and elements can be improved.

It needs to load a bit more quicker as it takes a while.

The software is great for creating awareness, and gets a lot of activity and engagement form the employees. I found it very easy to access and use.

I am not sure how much training was done to ensure that the communication around the system complements it. if maybe the administrators of the system can be assisted with some guidance of how to incorporate the system to a bigger change process, be it culture or values, but it can't be a stand alone, neither can it be regarded as a culture change system.

The software provider is willing to work with their customers to improve the quality of the solution. Hi5 is user-friendly and requires very little training.
