We are using it for the last 2 years and helps us to save time and cost, because we don´t need to print any document related with de quality system. In the ISO-9001 certifications process this software has received goods comments.

Pros

It can be consulted in all location, the only thing you need is a wifi connections.
The documents administrations its also very easy, we did not need a specifics training to use it. In general the support to solve problems whit the software is excellent.

Cons

When we need to change the name of a person in charge of a process, the documents or reports do not keep the reference of the previous person name.

We a re a consultant company for management systems implementation and Quality Web 360 allow us to implement on an easy way all the documentary control with our customers accomplishing the security giving acces only to the users that need to have access to the information required by the organization and also the number of users are ilimitated

Pros

Is the perfect tool to automatize your documentary control and the continuous improvement

Some way to follow up the the dates on the non conformance reports
