It is very convenient and we can meet our mentees easily here.

The message box is hard to use. There is no shift feature when texting a lot message in the box. And the format can not be changed which is weird and hard to manage the format clear and tidy.

It is an innovative platform and with a lot of features. It is one “stop shop” concept. Here i liked the training modules. Also, the notification system which reminds me what i need to accomplish.

It is not so intuitive when you enter for the first time

Ease of use for both in the mentoring relationship. I really like the reminders of upcoming meetings and shared resources for discussion. Sharing of documents is uncomplicated.

Navigation, at first, was not as intuitive as I would have liked. However, as familiarity progressed with more usage, it became easier.

It has allowed us to create a comprehensive training platform for an important memebrship audience. The mentoring facility is incredibly important to this audience as many are working alone in their clinics.

It's quite expensive for a small charity like ours, but on the other side it has impressed our corporate partners, one of whom is sponsoring it.
