I would highly recommend Qooper to anyone. We switched from another platform earlier this year and the quality difference is incredible!
Pros
Affordability, customer service, user friendly, groups are fantastic, great initial content, but fully customizable for your program needs.
Cons
Sometimes the mobile app has a few glitches, but when taken to the team, they are fixed.
Certificates are not customizable.

Qoopers platform design is comprehensive. Its a very robust offering that provides fantastic support for the roles involved in a Mentor and Mentee partnership. The dashboard views for each Role's profile was a very helpful focused means of driving actions to ensuring active engagement and commitments were being upheld.
Pros
Easy to use and manage to functionality across modules. Great foundational learning content. The actionable email reminders with tips throughout the Mentor and Mentee journey were great!
Cons
No annual User Conference offering. The Roles content could stand to be built up such as providing more links to insightful articles in the Additional Resources tactical guidance.

It is very convenient and we can meet our mentees easily here.
Cons
The message box is hard to use. There is no shift feature when texting a lot message in the box. And the format can not be changed which is weird and hard to manage the format clear and tidy.

I really like the very clean design with plenty of white space. I use Qooper on a very limited basis, accessing it only 1-3 times/month. We already have other calendaring tools so it's not really useful for any info to be displayed here (but if it somehow tied into my Outlook or Teams calendar, that would be a useful feature.
Pros
One place to go for all the info and comms about our Mentoring Program. I only really need to access it once/month. I like the About, Discussion, Learning and Meeting/Events options on the left. I like the Upvote feature. the Learning tab at the top was useful in finding videos I could watch
Cons
We already have many calendaring systems so this wasn't used much. The About page didn't really tell me much about group

I have been using this program for the last 3 years through Cox for both my book club and my mentoring. I use the app more then I use the website as it just makes it easy to have it on my phone and easy to look at!

When switching between my book club and my mentoring program its a little clunky, but its not too bad.

It has allowed us to create a comprehensive training platform for an important memebrship audience. The mentoring facility is incredibly important to this audience as many are working alone in their clinics.
Cons
It's quite expensive for a small charity like ours, but on the other side it has impressed our corporate partners, one of whom is sponsoring it.

I like the progress tracker for earning a certificate in mentorship. I am a goal-oriented person, and having something to work towards was helpful for me.

Great experience. Our Implementation specialist, [sensitive content hidden] has been absolutely amazing. She is super responsive and always willing to help. She made the implementation a breeze and continues to check in with us to make sure things are going well. On top of having a great point of contact, the system has everything you need to implement a mentorship program. If you are a small team trying to get a program off the ground, this is a great solution.
Pros
Easy to implement. Easy to use. Easy to learn as an administrator. Straightforward user interface for mentors and mentees. You can modify things specific to your company and program but honestly, most of it is set up in a way that would likely need minimal adjustments.
Cons
Once a mentor and mentee are matched...regardless if they continue or end their relationship mid program, the system will still send out meeting reminders. I know Qooper is working on solving this so I don't expect this to be a problem long-term.

We love the ability to assist our members in their mentoring journey. We provide content and have the ability to report out the impact. I appreciate most the customer service that we have with Ipek who makes everything easier.
