A Scalable Candidate Evaluation Platform

Pros
Moonshot Insights has allowed us to expand the number of candidates we're able to consider for many of our positions. We've found Moonshot Insights especially helpful for positions where we receive a high volume of applicants. For those high volume positions, we've been able to leverage Moonshot Insights to expand the number of candidates we're able to screen into our interview funnel. It also gives us additional data points to make decisions from.
Cons
Some features are still in development, but there is a solid product roadmap and the team is very responsive and helpful.

Pros
It's very simple for candidates to use and easy for my team to review the feedback.
Cons
There are a few assessments that provide a quicker overall review. However, moonshot provides detailed information that helps give insight.
