The pricing is one of the most affordable I found. The support has been very responsive and the tool installs very easily for my employees.

It feels a bit cheaply designed. Because they are based out of Russia, there is a sense of unease about the safety of my data. I think if the design was more polished and the Russian language did not pop up unexpectedly at times, I would feel better about the purchase.

My boss will know how hardworking I am because they will know the status of my work

That I can track my time as a freelancer and take screenshots of my work so that clients can rest assured that I am using my time judiciously.

I wish it were free for freelancers who don't have a whole team.

Easy to understand and monitor employees daily progress

I am still fairly new with this product but have not found any issues that cause a problem.

Very easy to track an employee activity that he/she is doing during working hours

No tracking when we put it on pause and very hard to find out in case of short pause as employees take advantage of the same

Monitask is an easy to management. You can see the time of check in / check out of the employee. The activity between those hours. It allows you to see screenshots of every employee, this is a great tool for remote workers.

Everything was good. I really don't use the payroll tool, but I would like to learn how to use it.

the software has a very easy interface to use. i use it on desktop and have never opened in mobile so i cant indicate how that is. its features follow most software formats which have all of the user capabilities on the right hand side. Visually the interface is appealing and easy to read. It provides all of the useful features needed in a timetracting software

I am the admin of the account and in not as user. However i am being charged as a user. i contacted the company about this and they said they hope to deal with that in the future but i haven't been informed as such.

The best thing about this software is to keep an eye on employees.

Honestly, there's nothing wrong with this software.

Need to enable reset option on the timings , when we login that day itself.

It ran immediately when I started up my computer so I could track my time at the beginning of each work day and clock out afterwards without hassle. Whenever my computer was idle, it would track that as well. It also tracked the sites i spent the most time on.

No cons here. It was good for tracing my time.

Tracking productivity in remote work is not easy. Monitask helps a lot!

Versa Projects enjoys the ease of use, accuracy and the ability to be transparent with our clients.

We at Versa Projects would love to implement billing and payroll through Monitask, but at the present moment and in the present format, it seems a bit incomprehensible. Maybe in the future...

I like the screenshots that I get from time to time.

I am a bit confused about the overall timing as few of agents disagree.

I most like this software dashboard. It's wasy to get work report.

I like screenshoot and billings. Mostly like work analytics.

I like their dashbord. It's very easy to use.

I think reports need to be more customizable.

It is easy to use and view. Easy to add teams to the platform and track.

The screen share feature does not always capture the amount of screen shots per hour that you select. It changes it back even after adjusting the frequency.

Live monitoring and screenshots are great to keep track of employees productivity
