Great experience

Pros

We like the fact that it's very customizable. It also has an emergency messaging capability that can be tailored to multiple different template messages. MyLobby can even segregate which groups of people you want to send your message out to. We utilized this for staff that were trained in First Aid for emergency situations in our offices.

Cons

The back-end setting configuration was a little bit confusing at first. But in overl good experience.

Awesome software ! Company loves the ease of use .

Pros

We have a lot of events, I like the fact that I can preregister guess and all they need to do is scan their QR code in the front lobby that expedites the whole process.

Cons

Sometimes visitor can fiddle with the tablet and escape the Mylobby application and then the next visitor doesn't know what to do. Although, I just found out that there's another plug-in and I have to download to fix it.
