We've been using Make for years (since it was Integromat) and will continue to use it
Make is reliable and can make any workflow infinitely more complex and capable
Pros
They have many native connections as well as the option to connect via API which makes the use cases unlimited
The freemium is also great
Cons
Some of the connections don't work properly, maintenance could be better
The migration from Integromat was also a bit frustrating

Overall extremely satisfied. It is one of the cheapest options for our company. It is also very versatile, as it allows to build custom apps, which is made easy by good building interface.
Pros
It has a lot of preset applications ready for use such as Shopify, FreeAgent, Excel, Google Sheets, etc. Once you understand the layout it's very easy to work with.
Cons
It requires a weekly authentication for google accounts, which must be done manually. Also, the google connection setup is more complicated compared to the alternative platforms like Zapier.

The connections between Facebook and Sheets simply don't work. What is possible in under 5 minutes with Zapier will cost you an entire work day with Integromat / Make.com and you still will be stuck and nowhere. When you contact support with this, they try to tell you the bug isn't theirs while it is their issue to fix. And then they will send you tutorials on how to do it etc. While you did it perfectly according to the book. My conclusion: Make.com / Integromat does not maintain the Facebook API connection and now that the Facebook API refuses to function, all Make.com / Integromat customers are stuck.
Zapier is a somewhat more expensive, but given the massive amount of time and frustration you'll save, a more cheap solution than Make.com / Integromat!
Pros
It has a good dashboard. Its recent dashboard upgrade is an improvement.
Cons

I'm constantly on the lookout for another tool that can replace make due to the cons listed, but try as I may there are none that can do all the things that Make can do.
Pros
Love the ability to route multiple inputs to multiple outputs. Has a very intuitive visual flow which I wish more products would adopt.
Cons
Billing, apples to apples more expensive than other products in the space. Charges for all operations.Custom code not well documented. Even the most basic things take some research.Navigation not exactly great with data tables being located in the main menu and you'd want to have them in flows. Also seems very stingy with storage allocations.

The best no-code automation tool out there
Reviewed on 2024/04/29
Pros
The visual interface of Make is a joy to use. The educational course content is very comprehensive and makes it easy to get up and running and learn, not just how Make works, but how applications communicate in general. So even if you're a complete novice but have a desire to learn a new skill, it's very valuable.
Support is excellent and the Make community will always support you if you have trouble with building particular scenarios.
Cons
If I had to pick a flaw, while the educational content is very good, there are "continuation" errors (I assume due to updates in the course content which is not back-checked and edited, or due to updates to the platform, so an image you see may not be the same as in the course). This can confuse beginners and did confuse me at the start. But it is improving.

Reviewed on 2023/12/12
Pros
Make is great when you want to automate stuff between various platforms and there are no native integrations. After watching a few videos of people using it, it became easy to jump right into it and create scenarios.
Even if a tool has no integration with Make, using the API is fairly easy.
Cons
Since Make charges per operation, it can become somewhat expensive, but besides that nothing comes to mind.

Overall I've been very impressed. Admins can give access to organizations within their business, to allow users to be effective in their roles but to not interfere with one another. The pure power and usefulness of the tool, combined with how simple and common-sensical it is, is astounding. In my org it is being used by the most experienced and skilled IT professionals, along with those of us that have no IT background whatsoever.
Pros
Ease of use, elegant and simple UI and features. Building, managing, troubleshooting - it's all extremely easy and logical.
Cons
I'm not sure there's a way to export historical data. If it could be exported, say to a CSV, it could make it much easier to understand that data (especially when the amount of operations being completed in a single scenario execution is very large).

Make is an excellent product overall, and in my opinion has the best mix of features, usability, features, etc. It also comes at a much lower price than Zapier for most uses. This is very important.
Pros
Make is one of the most flexible SAAS products on the market. Its interface is more intuitive to me than Zapier. I love the workflow diagram structure. It works with a huge number of different apps. When I started using it, I needed Zapier to fill in some of the gaps where Make could not complete the needed integration (at least natively). Since that time, Make has added nearly all of my required integrations. It also has the flexibility to work with the API directly.
Cons
Support takes a really long time to get back to you. Often times the response leaves something to be desired. Other times, the response is great (though slow).
The transition from Integromat to Make was not handled very well. There are tonnes of complaints about problems caused as a result of the transition. Some of the complaints are warranted, others are overblown in my opinion.
Would love the ability to run an automation again when things go wrong. This is currently missing (there may be a complex solution that I'm not aware of).

I've been a long time user of their free tier, but a particular project required some advanced features. I tried using other services with lower costs or higher limits, however even basic things like supporting a JSON Api, handling files, or handling multiple steps had issues. Not the case here: I was able to completely
Pros
Integromat is, to me, more advanced and way better priced than Zapier. It supports a whole lot of apps, and has an excellent support for JSON and external APIs. It also provides webhook support. Their free tier has been very useful to me for years, and now that my needs have expanded I'm finding value in their next tier.
Cons
I still feel limited by the pricing scheme. The lower tier has enough operations and bandwidth for my needs now, but the time interval is 5 minutes, which adds up on my workflow. The next tier lowers the interval to 1 minute, but is significantly more costly (because it also adds more operations and bandwidth). However, it is still less expensive than Zapier and actually works for my needs compared to other cheaper alternatives.

Make is a great integration app
Reviewed on 2022/12/03
Pros
I like the cost, the features, the hundreds of apps. And the helpline available. Did I mention the cost?
Cons
There are some things you will learn through trial and error that are not in the tutorials. (e.g. having to erase the error line in a spreadsheet to continue the scenario). There is a slight learning curve with the names of their things (especially if coming from another company) e.g. scenarios. Also there should be a clearer learning path for making multiple workflows.

At first (we're talking months) I didn't get how it works. It was very difficult for me to follow and understand and unfortunately the documentation is so poor that it's almost non existent. Which probably causes the customer service to be inundated with customer questions. Therefore, the response you get from customer service is slow, and when you get it, it doesn't answer your question/issue. Since the customer service is out in in Prague, Czech Republic, their CS agents are not very good with english and it often reflects in the unclear responses you get.
Pros
The software has an amazing UI and provides unmatched features, functionality and options. It's just one of the most amazing piece of software platform that I have ever encountered. We also use Zapier, which is easy to learn and use, but it dwarfs Integromat in the UI, functionality and options available. If I were to choose between the 2, Integromat is the winner by far. I'm actually planning to migrate all our automation to Integromat and cancel Zapier.
Cons
Very high learning curve. Can be very frustrating to learn it as the documentation is sub-par lacking detailed examples. There may be a single short example, which will be irrelevant to your scenario, which will make it difficult and frustrating to pick up from and learn. Most of the tutorials are difficult to follow. That said, once you get the hang of it, you'll discover how powerful the software is and start having a lot of fun.

I was looking for a platform that would connect to AirCall. There aren’t so many out there, at least not so many that would mean the quick solution I was looking for (needed raw data of the calls for customised reporting).
Pros
Definitely the pro is the pricing. You have the possibility to select a plan based on the operations you estimate to use monthly. And there are a lot of options (eg. 10k, 20k, 40k etc.) - not jumping from 10k to 50k and then to 200k as I’ve seen on other platforms.
Cons
I recall the setup was not the easiest, took me a bit of time. It was not rocket science looking back, but I have seen more intuitive.
