I love how easy it is to use and stay organized and help others get trained.

I wish there was a search bar that when a keyword was input, it would show exactly where in the modules that keyword shows up in a list. That would be super helpful in updating old information once it's not relevant rather than having to go through all modules to see where information may be outdated.

The platform is extremely user friendly and engaging. Writing procedures for a company usually takes a ton of time and energy and isn't "fun" but with this platform, I actually want to come back and keep working. The AI features for general policies makes creating content SO easy and the support from the Trainual staff is above par.

I don't have a single dislike at the moment, and that's really saying something!!

The things I like most for this product how easy it is to use, Easy to keep track of your company and their progress in their training, and how easy it is to assign training to your staff in different departments

the ease of learning through visual and audio guidance at the computer, can replay when needed a refresher course.

Feeling like we are being monitored when using, getting reminders to watch videos we have not reviewed yet.

I have thoroughly enjoyed how easy it is to use Trainual, especially as a first step towards implementing a formal knowledge base. It was easy to set up a system within Trainual and make it your own!

The only thing that makes Trainual a bit difficult is getting used to certain features and then they are changed or removed. Typically, this is to enhance those features and make them easier to use, but sometimes it comes without warning. Other than that, it is a great product!

I love that is show my progress and what is left to complete.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about Trainual.

Being able to organize our training processes in one place. That employees can access at any time, from any place.

No built in translator for building content in spanish.

Easy to use and deploy. It is flexible yet simple to use.

It was hard to picture the whole outlay will be like. I would like to have a system chart that I can set up initially before I set out putting up SOP.

I like that you can customize so many different aspects of the training to really suit your needs.

I dislike that you can’t add quizzes and tests in the middle of sections. The ability to, at a later date , add a quiz when you have realized that it is needed would be a great feature.

I cannot recommend Trainual enough. As a company, we started using Trainual when we were around 50 employees. Two years later, the size has doubled. Having our processes documented neatly in one place has been invaluable and has made the process of onboarding and training new hires seamless. In addition to using it for new hires, it's a useful tool for seasoned employees to refer to when a question regarding a process arises. (The search bar is great!) Trainual holds the online copy of our Employee Handbook, meeting notes for different departments, SOPs, and much more. We appreciate the public share feature, which allows you to share a subject via a link with those who do not have a Trainual account.

A feature that was requested by one of our team members is an audio version of Trainual for those who are dyslexic.

I like how trainual organizes all of our training material. We have an expensive onboarding and in house training program and Trainual helps guide new employees through the first few months of their employments.

We seem to get employees assigned to subjects that they don't necessarily have to complete. So figuring out how to organize our roles and content has been a little confusing.

It's a place to keep all the lessons and procedures for a Company.

Sometimes the creating and transferring previous training paperwork into Trainual was tricky and time consuming.

I like that it is easily accessible and keeps track of your progress in comparison with other employees as well as the company as a whole.

What I liked lease about Trainual is that when I went to e-sign some documents from a cell phone that it would not accept the signature and I had to go back and complete from a laptop.

It has AI technology and can be used remotely

The thing that I like least about Trainual is it has Limited Font options.

I like that I can take all processes out of my head and write them down, step by step for the team to follow. This has freed my time up greatly. Now the team can refer to trainual.Also, the company structure feature is ace. I can allocate people to roles, then trainual subjects to that role

I think it is quite good as is. For what we use it for, there is nothing lacking

Trainual is an impressive platform that takes the complications out of employee onboarding and training. By centralizing and automating the process, it streamlines businesses' internal operations and contributes significantly to their scalability.

In my opinion it is a bit expensive when compared to other platforms.

Trainual is easy to use. Once a subject is published, searching and learning from that subject is quick and efficient.

Trying to assign subjects sometimes gets confusing. But once you learn, it’s simple.

It is highly user friendly and guides you through the modules in regards to building and adding new content. Things are kept simple and straight to the point.

Integrating users and assigning roles can be slightly confusing or harder to manage.

I love that it eases the process of onboarding. Instead of printing out 100s of pages and having to remember what all goes where I can set up a new employee to automatically go through the whole process.

Nothing I really believe Trainual delivers on what it promises.

There are a lot of detailed processes that our company doesn't use every day. It's great to have those processes somewhere that are easily accessible.

I feel like the word editing could have more options.

I like the search function to find tasks. I also like the presentation or layout and structure of templates/design.

I struggle with finding the best place to search for what I am looking for whether it is a process or training. This may be due to us still in stages of fleshing out the content
