Very easy to use and help full to connect the alumni

The way some information doesn’t get captured while entering details. The verification mail is taking time to be sent .

Good framework to attach with alumni of our institutions

There is not much to fill this column as we are under onboarding process.

Enrolling the Alumni has made ease by sending them the Invite Mail, which is available in the portal and once they enroll, we can verify the details and approve them.

It has still more features like Job board, Newsroom, events etc..

only cons is the uploading of the each photo is up to 2 MB, as some HD images will be more than 10 MB

Our first alumni batch passed out recently and this vaave alumi portal helping us in getting teh alumni database stored and managing it by their various sort filters like Industry, skills, roles etc. We are looking forward of using this portal for conducting events and engaging alumni. Customer support was great from the team. Onboarding journey was seamless.

We are in the exploration stage and haven't reported any issues.

When i need to change any feature regarding alumni Portal vaave team do it very efficiency and thanks to aashi mam who always give immidiate response.

The great team helped us in setting up the portal. This software has been helpful in managing our member's database and sending email communication with them. Helps in collecting membership payments, conducting online paid events, and gathering funds. The orders feature allows us to export transaction details for reporting purposes and provides tracking and status updates. It also enables us to easily sort and tag paid and unpaid members. Moreover, it has obtained the current profile details of our alumni which helped us.

It would be beneficial to have an email tracking option, allowing us to manually follow up if a person has not received the email.

The customer experience at Vaave is truly good. The onboarding Point of Contact (POC) proactively reached out to us and provided timely assistance. The support was consistently available, ensuring a smooth and effortless journey. Even small requests were promptly addressed and completed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

There is nothing to report as such. Portal is easy to use and we are still exploring.

I am also thankful to Ms. Aashi who was in touch with us during this entire process and replied to us in time and guide us as we are really poor in IT which helped in the successful execution of our alumni portal and received appreciation from our Dean and Faculty members in a short duration which would not be possible without her help.

The portal is user friendly and interactive. Customer support is good. There are numerous features which are good like adding custom questions during event participation, monthly digest, mass mailing, uploading of jobs and internships, business directory etc. Overall it is a good alumni portal which is easy to use and helpful for us to enagage our alumni and connect with them at one place. Timely follow up of Onboarding Manager is also greatly appreciated.

The Team is best to work with. Onboarding POC Ms. [sensitive content hidden] is too good in her work and has given a very good onboarding experience. Overall a great experience.

Till now have not encountered any. The portal is smooth to use. They should improve mobile app a bit.
