Pros

I love being able to have all results displayed in an easy to read format with a simple interface allowing customisation to the information that is seen. This means that as a busy individual i can see the information that matters to me the most, efficiently!

Cons

Honestly, nothing. Loading times of information could be better but based on the information provided the loading times were to be expected.

Pros

I'm constantly looking for methods to enhance our sales procedures and increase income. That's why I was so thrilled to learn about Performio, a potent sales commission management software that has streamlined our company's commission calculating procedures and more efficiently reward our sales employees.

Cons

Pricing structure, It's quite expensive but definitely worth it!

Not real time. Infrequent updating. Wonder how accurate it is. This is a very inconvenient process.

The experience using Performio has been great and it is my goto platform to track my commissions on the revenue generated for my organisation. Thanks for building Performio for customers like us!

Pros

Performio's accurate fetching of important information from tools that it integrates with which then becomes a single source of truth for the leadership to take key decisions. Also, Performio is super helpful in tracking of incentives for the Sales Team along with the break up of incentives into variable and accelerators for a particular period. Additionally, the fact that Performio is able to present a breakdown of New Business/Upgrade revenue and Renewals revenue neatly is a great help!

Cons

At times mid way into a new month, I am not able to see data for that month, hence the timely updation of data is required.

Frustrating. They're super helpful during Zoom calls, but then leave it in your court to make changes. Then something breaks. Then you submit a support ticket. Then it get's fixed. Then something else breaks.

Extremely frustrating to go back and forth with this.

Pros

In terms of ease of use for our sales reps, it's fantastic. Simple and modern interface allows for quick adoption and understanding for the team.

Cons

Much like you need a Salesforce Developmer/Admin, you need a Performio Developer/Admin because something is ALWAYS needing configuration. Performio has very fast customer support, but deployment took 6 months, and they hit you with a hefty change bill every year when you need to make major adjustments to compensation plans. They expect you to know how to do everything, and offer very little training / resources.

The implementation team and customer support are excellent!! They response quickly and are always able to solve our issues.

Pros

Manual monthly calculations were instantly obsolete once we switch to Performio. Now we have schedule imports vs manually uploading monthly data. Confident in the payment calculations and the ability to provide Finance reports instantly.

Cons

One con, which really is a con, we were missing information on a report only to find out a report needed to be updated. So actual this con turn to being a learning experience.

Pros

There was an easier setup process than creating everything from scratch using Tableau but our commission process was ultimately too complicated and needed customizations on the back-end

Cons

The look/layout could be confusing for a normal user to view. We ended up using Tableau to customize dashboards to display our commissions.

Its been much better than previous systems. I like that the user interface is friendly and simple to use/understand. I can quickly find what I need. I have never had any issues with the software - outside of the data that our company loads.

Pros

Their are a number of really great features that I use on a regular basis. I love the ability to download all of my commissions by line item so that I can review the accuracy of the data that has been loaded. The dashboard is really great as well for all of our quota buckets - shows us at a quick glance where we stand.

Cons

In some ways, I would prefer fewer options/screens. Also for our usage, the data is too much (we have over 100K records) which is impossible to go through.

Pros

I love the ability to monitor my reps closed won opportunities and have clarity around any disputes that arise. The mobile app functionality is also great for me to check up on reps close to hitting monthly/annual goals while not on my computer.

Cons

We have some unique billing practices that require manual with some of our contracts however over the past year things have dramatically improved. It would also be nice to have a better sync between Salesforce and performio.

Performio in a Sales Management Capacity

Pros

Performio is extremely basic - which in the case of something complex like commission plans and monthly revenue recognition, is key. We want our reps to be able to open Performio, see what they need to see immediately, and not have to question validity.

Cons

Implementing Performio was not without some growing pains. But after a couple years of sticking to it - the complaints from our front line sales teams are very minimal.

Pros

Performio has been phenomenal at not only helping me track my earnings but allowing me to model potential scenarios and understand how to achieve my targets. It is super easy to use and has been a major addition.

Cons

I'm not sure if this is a possible function, but I'd love to decouple it from our SFDC instance - it'd be great as a standalone app or website.

Pros

easy to see total revenue per and percentage to plan in the color coded squares.

Cons

I need simple list of which Capital equipment units I have sold and to whom, showing the total dollar volume of each sale, but without all the accessories listed. Currently too much data to scroll through with all those accessories.

Would "also" like to see a tab to find the total weekly or monthly sales numbers by "number of units" sold and not by $.
1 of JM 105 and 2 of the TI500 unit etc.

Pros

Ease of use, straight forward dispute section - Keeps up with history of disputes to look back on.

Cons

The most difficult and time consuming part of commissions is the length of time it takes to review my commissions - 6 to 10 hours - Our commisssions are set up on Accounts we upsell, or add onto. Most of my accounts have a Main account "Parent" and all of the locations that fall under the parent "child accounts". What Performio does not pick up are the accounts that are paid through the Parent account. I have a very transactional Book of Business. Each month I find myself going through about 750 t0 1000 lines (contained in an excel spreadsheet) I have to go through each individually to see if the Parent account has paid the new child account. Very Very time consuming. Hope this help -

We have a lot of issues logging into Performio. It doens't work well with Google Chrome. Usually, we have to clear out our cookies and saved sites.

Pros

What I like most about this software, is the ease and productivity it brings to my life. This is a very easy to use software, and allows me to prepare for my pay each week.

Cons

I would say the thing i like least about Performio, is the rare inaccuracy of the software. At times I am not able to refresh the page to show the must current up to the minute info, but this is only on rare occasions.

I really enjoy how easy it is to use and the multi function aspect of it. I can see how much money I am making and see exactly where it is coming from.

Cons

I think it is sometimes annoying when it only updates 2 times daily.
