The ease of use of Comanage is unequalled. Everything works perfectly intuitive and their team keeps on improving. Bugs are almost not existing. I like that you can make an invoice from an offer in just a single click!
I'm missing a mobile version. It should be ready in the next major update, so I'm anxiously waiting!

Fast workflow, easy to use, very attractive user interface. The software gives me insights in my companies' statistics. It provides a good overview of all the ongoing or finalised projects. I can write and send 5 different invoices faster than making a sandwich. Life is great.
If I should think of something.. I have some professional foreign clients who don't need to pay Belgian taxes. It would be very handy if there would be an automatic option that doesn't charge VAT for foreign customers.
Great software with shady feature
It is quite easy to use and the language is very accessible.
I have been using this software for 3 months and I had no complaints until I saw my invoices. There is this big button on the bottom of each Cost Form that says "scan and recognize". If you click this button 0,50€ will directly be billed to your account. This is located in a place where normally the "save" button would be and where I already clicked a few times by mistake. I find this super shady and I am going to change to another software.

We use it as our main invoice programe, it's easy to use, costumer service is great and they change often for the better. We love it and it makes things so much easier!
Hard to say, maybe that our accountant is not working with CoManage, so we could see our cash flow in real time.

There are some little things missing in CoManage v2. The tags and personalisation of the status, for instance. But customer support promised that these functionalities will be added soon.

The red and green dots for assigning paid or non-paid bills is gone unfortunately.

Very intuitive website for making invoices and having an overview
The overview and the ease of use. Invoices look very neat and professional and you get a good idea about your revenue over the months and quarters. Making invoices is very fast too.
I have had one time that there was an error with an invoice, so I was left with an empty invoice because I couldn't remove it anymore. And sometimes it would be convenient to open the site on a mobile device

Custumors and product list and ofcoarse client support. The site is fast and friendly . A real asset to small and big compagnies.

I miss the integration of an automatic system to register payments and to sent reminders to costumers who didn't pay in time.

Save a lot off time
Possible to put in the invoices for next year, month, week. This saves a lot off time. Dashbord where you can see all your sells.
There are some things that will be changed in the future things that i miss but not so much. When you have a idee you can sent it to the support and they take note off it.

Somethings are not optimal yet. Often clicking on the name of the company in the invoice row opens the company's profile in stead of the invoice
The simplicity. no 1000 connectors, features, etc etc. It tries to be good at 1 thing, and that's invoicing. Also a good customer support.
Since the update, it became less easy to use. The amount of features grew, but also the interface became less intuitive.
