My experience has been very positive. Account management, Helpdesk, and support staff have always been quick to respond with service and solutions.
Pros
Vendor has been very flexible to meet our needs and address any concerns we have.
Cons
No issues with working with Widepoint. Long term partner not looking to change vendors.
