Tracking large numbers of cost codes enables me to manage my job hrs and stay on track. The daily time cards eliminate potential confusion when it comes time to submit them in the traditional way.

After getting a tutorial on Rhumbix I can’t think of any cons!

I love how easy it is to input weekly time sheets over multiple cost codes without much thinking at all. After a couple of weeks it was second nature.

The mobile app is a bit wonky sometimes, particularly being able to see a full week or month at a time. It is much easier on a desktop.

Keeps hours organized.
Filter through employees simple.

Weekly review on cell phone difficult to read, much easier on desktop computer.
Scrolling through for date selection, a calendar should be shown instead.
Duplicating time cards becomes messy at times, hard to understand what day of the week I'm on.
Start and stop time of shift does not stay the same day to day after I have adjusted the pre-set times.

As long as the payroll department is happy them I’m happy. If it saves them mental stress its all good

I do not like that I can see other trades cost codes. Also the order in which cost codes appear when multiple jobs are open is not the greatest. Especially if the cost code is the same but the project number is different and both codes appear next to each other.

It saves time when doing timesheets and easy to review hours and make changes

It took a while to navigate to figure out to make a correction to a timesheet once in putted. Also accidentally double hours on worker when I tried to correct it. I eventually corrected it when I reviewed hours worked for the day.
It would be a good feature to be able to take a pic of persons parking and have it attacked to their time.

It replaces the incredibly clunky excel system and I am grateful for that. I like that you can filter down codes and workers to just the ones relevant to you, while having all the company's codes and workers available. I like that it's highly functional on both phone and laptop- it doesn't feel like it was designed for one and then adapted as an afterthought for the other.

It hangs up often and refuses to save. I don't like that I can't use the "notes" function on my Microsoft Surface- just on my phone- and that I can't attach notes to particular codes. I would like to be able to put a note- like "this work was for change order number 5" or something- to a particular set of hours by a particular worker.

All imputs are viewable for others to view.
We are able to view and edit.
Able to document all actions including pictures.

Job names need job numbers associated with them for users to identify.
Currently is not set up this way. Very inconvenient.

Easy to review by date. Easy access on phone. Can do time sheets anywhere anytime

Hard to edit an error. Also hard to look up codes on multiple jobs. I wish that all job codes would be grouped per job.

Using it on the mobile app is super easy

The use of Rhumbix on the internet or computer is very time consuming compared to the mobile device app. Have to log cost codes individually in lieu of 10-20 at a time like you can on the mobile app.

That the week to week does not flow over with all the same info. If I was a foreman and got ten guys it should all be there next week for me to just enter time and add and delete employees as they come and go.

The best part about Rhumbix is how easy it is to use. Everything is simple and clear.

There are a few aspects of Rhumbix that are a little bit too basic. I would like to see some additional features and options.

I like it because it iOS compatible. I can make changes on the go with my iPhone.

There’s two big of a time gap (several hours) between entering a new job number on the administrator end and being able to enter hours for that job number on the user end.

Easy to use. Very intuitive. A one hour introduction "seminar" at the corporate headquarters allowed a large group of very blue collar (and not particularly tech savvy) individuals to largely master the system.

I like how I can do the hours on site when the workers finish the job and I can track the cost codes better. Can also do time sheets anywhere that save valuable time.

When looking at week view I can see the workers hours but it should also list the cost code and job he was working on for tracking at the end of the week with multiple jobs. Also you should make the selected workers that are check marked pop to the top of the list so I don’t have to scroll though 500 employees or type his name to find him.problem is when you change job numbers the workers from previous job stays check marked and I lose time.

Having to go back and change workers. Not easily accessible

It’s very user friendly in my opinion. It doesn’t take up too much time navigating around. Saves a lot of money.

Sometimes the date doesn’t change to the day that it is for recording time worked.

Is much easier then paper time sheets. Can do in field easy.

That it makes you sign in if not on for a week. Need to be able to only use cost codes to your job.
