I like the ease of creating my website on Bokun, the simple but beautiful sections, I love the way how easy it is to import photos, video playing on the website did for me the first time I tried the feature. customer services was great, Seoutaj was great in explaining the steps to edit the features I was looking for.

little confusing at first, but it was easy to figure out

Customer support, fast and focused on problem solving.

Would be great if it had more operational features but this is a booking engine not a operational tool.

Easy to use and powerful tool to manage calendars from OTAs

Some connectivity is missing, so I will have to recreate pricing in different platforms. Creating products and managing Pricing is time consuming. I was hoping I could also centralize it on Bokun.

It's easy to set up and use. I also like the customer service, as well as the articles in the Help section.

I am pleased so far. But since it has a lot of functions, I am sometimes confused by its complexity.

The breadth of what it can do is amazing.

There are some limitations which we hope they will implement into the system.

There is so much that it can be overwhelming if you are not using it daily, but the support is generally very good.

It's limited in the integrations it has available to it.

All agents are very helpful. They assisst you for all queries with a very polite and calm nature. They tackle all issues at ease with lots of patience. They make sure to help you at all means to facilitate the use of bokun and even for some otas. They are ever ready to help,guide you and make bokun interesting to use and explain the effective tools how to make use for the best intetest. Well I guess when something doesn't work

I got assisted immediately and even though I got disconnected I could connect with the same consultant again. That is great.

Can't use one Bokun for many Viator Account

Exposure increases and eases the reservation process.

The commission is kind of high and I really don't know if it's Bokun or Viator the one that determines it.
