Overall, our experience with Recruit CRM has been exceptional. The transition from our previous CRM was smooth, thanks to the dedicated support from Sanjeeb and Nandita. Their continuous follow-up and assistance have ensured that we are fully utilizing the system's capabilities. Recruit CRM has undoubtedly enhanced our recruitment processes and positioned us for greater success.

Pros

What I liked most about Recruit CRM is its unparalleled flexibility and customization options. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for our team to adapt and streamline our workflows. The advanced features, such as automated workflows, robust reporting tools, and seamless integration capabilities, significantly boost our efficiency and productivity.

Cons

The only drawback we've encountered with Recruit CRM is the occasional lag during peak usage times. However, this is a minor issue that the support team has been very responsive in addressing.

A bit pricey, but absolutely worth it!

Reviewed on 2024/02/05

Pros

This is certainly not the most inexpensive option for ATS systems out there. That said, I can tell you from experience trialing some of the alternatives, that Recruit CRM is by FAR the best option available for a boutique Recruitment firm. By investing in Recruit CRM, we were able to nearly double our capacity without increasing our team size, allowing us to increase our profit margin significantly in the long run.

It allows for easy tracking and management of both the candidate and client experience from business development through to candidate placement and follow up beyond. The chrome extension is a game changer! CRM also connects seamlessly and in real-time with our email provider, allowing us to have all correspondence and communication in one place, easily accessible by the entire team.

The Customer Service and Training support available is also incredible. You can chat in and get almost an immediate response just about any time of the day and they will train your people FOR you on using the system and/or troubleshooting issues. Definitely saving you, the owner, both time and money.

Cons

The cost, initially, was a bit of a tough pill to swallow, but as I stated above, the investment was well worth it.

Overall, not only is the platform just wonderful to use and highly customizable, but the customer support has been probably the best I've experienced before. In addition to my customer success rep, I also have a technical support guy who set up my API integrations on the backend so that when I add candidates via the extension, they are automatically enriched with contact info from my SalesQL account. I don't even have to touch my SalesQL extension, the enrichment happens automatically on the backend. And I didn't have to pay extra to get that kind of support either!

Pros

The ability to set up and account and start configuring it to my specific needs on day 1 was huge for me. I tend to not like having to schedule and sit through a live demo prior to getting to start playing around with the platform. I like it when they are intuitive and when the product can speak for itself.

Cons

Sometimes the search functionality hasn't been as accurate as I would like. The nice thing though is that when I mentioned this to my customer success rep, it was already on the docket. That was about a month ago and she told me they are currently working on that functionality on the backend and will let me know when the updates have been deployed.

Best we could find overall, and we're please, but still a work in progress

Reviewed on 2023/05/30

Pros

The overall software is effective and we are pleased with it. We extensively researched different options for recruiting/applicant mgmt/CRM systems and this was by far the leader with a competitive pricepoint considering all the features. However, because it is a newer product and continuously being improved/updated, there are still many "works in progress" and items that need to be implemented and/or improved, some more "critical" than others. Still, overall it's effective and does what we need, for the most part. I will also add that their customer service is SUPERB! They are always willing to assist and walk you through any questions or issues and they respond quickly every time. I do wish they had some type of comprehensive intro/onboarding documentation to help get you started and act as a reference point and overview of all the different features and system options, but they did say this was something they planned to develop so hopefully we'll see it in the future.

Cons

A big downfall for us is the lack of a clearly documented user guide or any type of easily accessible reference point to help begin using the software. The resume formatter is also a feature that we were excited to use and unfortunately learned does not work as expected. The Outlook email connection works, but your mailbox is entirely unorganized and you can't easily view your folders, which does make it more of a pain to actually use. Another big one for us is the limited dashboard and reporting options as they really focus primarily on the clients, and not on the actual jobs we're working on or candidates we're dealing with. But even with these and a few other pain points, after demoing SEVERAL options and considering some of the other more well-known names, Recruit CRM was the clear winner and does blow the competition out of the water. Plus, the superior customer service and continued updating and taking into account of user feedback, definitely makes us feel that we made the right choice and we are satisfied and happy with our decision.

Reasons for Choosing Recruit CRM

Resumate is a great option for basic recruiting and is actually a very powerful resume database with seriously powerful search capabilities (if you need something basic, Resumate is AWESOME and the lifetime license is something you cannot beat), however, in terms of a day to day full on ATS and Recruiting tool, it was just far too antiquated and the updated version was very costly and still ages behind the competition.

Switched From

RESUMate

Reasons for Switching to Recruit CRM

The features, multiple systems all in one (ATS, CRM, Position Management, etc), price point, no long term commitments, continued updates and customer-focused improvements....it's a very effective and robust product as it stands currently, and we're definitely looking forward to the continued updates and feature fixes and new add-on's/implementations! :)

Pros

Things are organized and once you understand the settings feature, the workflows are really great. You have lots of options and flexibility. Email tracking is the best!

Cons

I'd say that when I get a phone call to open a job (a brand new client)...I have to establish the company name and contact person prior to taking notes on a particular role. It would be nice if we could just start taking notes on the role and then add the contact person/company name afterwards.
