I think that sometimes the user interface could be a bit easier to begin to learn at least in my opinion

Hefty cost, and non- essential

Customer service was good and attentive. Request platform was aesthetically pleasing. The products just were not worth the money for us.

Slow service, chat bot and lost leads

Poor

Pros

Initial service was good.
Their chat bot questions were not well written and they were slow to respond to requests. Later we started losing leads because their system did not send the leads properly.

Cons

Lost leads through their system breakdowns.
