It has also enabled us to review customer engagement levels meaning that we can check in with them and manage any issues almost before they arise. &#10;&#10;Critically, the tool provides visibility of marketing spend that is working, without form fills. This means we can adjust our efforts to encourage that and invest further in what we can see is gaining interest.&#10;&#10;Lead Forensics is a great all-round tool for tracking campaign and other marketing efforts without the need to sit and wait for people to trigger forms or reach out via other contact channels.
