The ability for customization especially are we are re-branding our company's culture

I cannot honestly say that I dislike anything about Culture Cloud

I like the options that are available to the employees.

I don't like the inability to track orders

Culture cloud is a great tool for employee recognition across different levels of the organization. It makes it easy to recognize others and helps suggest the reward amount. It also keeps track of all recognitions in one convenient place.

Employees are awarded points and pay income tax on those points. Because of this, I would prefer if the reward catalog point values were at or below MSRP for most items. For many products, the additional taxable income received in the form of points is above the MSRP for the product although by a small amount.

The catalog on ecard, and prices is great but overall have a culture of gratefulness is what drives Culture Cloud, and this is part of our company.

nothing, this is great! I dont see how to imporve it, maybe the delivery of certain physical cards or move all to QR code to avoid the delivery of physical gifts can be an option

Very easy and thorough to use. Great for rewards.

I have not found anything unpleasant about the Culture Cloud experience.

The features that are most impactful and important is the ability to recognize our employees especially when they are going above and beyond at work. The extra incentive helps them be recognized and rewarded.

Some of the features of it need to be updated. I feel as if some of the program is outdated and this causes the program to run slower than it should be running.

I like most the ease of access and the ability to acknowledge and celebrate other employees!

There isn't anything I could say that I like the least, I would say least understood would be the top rewards of the 999999 points.

All the different selections you can choose from. How you can easily find the items within your points range.

It's nothing that I don't like about Culture Cloud

The variety of options - to recognize others and to pick out rewards for myself. When I need to do some shopping, I can readily convert points to dollars at places I frequently shop.

I wish that there were Dunkin Donuts gift cards.

That even though there was a small mix up when trying to send the egift to my email. Customer service was very helpfull and understanding.

Some prize choices are ones that I'd never use or not relevant.

This is a great way for staff to recognize each other and continue motivating each other.

Culture Cloud is easy to use & provides a great way to give recognition to associates & managers.

More variety on eCards & gifts for redemptions would make it even better than it is now.

It is very easy to find the employees in the drop down menu

We find that employees have a hard time going back to look up their award's tracking. Not sure if this is only user error.

Worked pretty good. I could navigate to areas that I needed to work on faster.

Could use a little more data to make it easier for challenged beginners.

The culture cloud is very user friendly.

I use this with the Rewards Program at work and it's so smooth. You don't have to hunt for anything. It's all categorized wonderfully with descriptions. It makes for a stress free, enjoyable experience.

The one and only "complaint" I have is the sizes available for apparel on the Rewards Page don't always match the sizes available from the manufacturer. You find a shirt, let's say, that's a 3X & you love it. You go to order it & the largest you can get is a 2X. Not fun.
