We are just starting out, but Mark Williams has been very attentive and helpful.

We needed an event system and this was so easy to get started and will hopefully grow with our expanding operation.
Pros
It's a simple start-up and cost-effective, doesn't require an in-house IT team to support. The training and customer service has been excellent.
Cons
There are still a few things to work out from the user end, but our rep has been open to our suggestions.
