It is easy to use and the support is super if you need help

That they not have the opportunity to have a pop-up on mobile and tablet there can tell the users that they can get a push messages

Api can be improve to be as good as SDK integrations

The best thing about OneSignal is their free tier for mobile push notifications which is prertty generous

pricing for sms/email which a bit pricy compared to other platforms.

It's documentation is up to date, customer support is always very attentive and excellent. It's easy to setup for engineering teams, and intuitive to use for marketing teams.

It's self-service tiers are very limited, and it's very easy to exceed them, event thought they aren't inexpensive.

The most helpful thing is super easy integration. Huge sdk support, well documented API and message templates are upsides of OneSignal

We can only delete subscription but we want to delete devices sometimes.

I liked most the fact that the support team is doing a really good job and overall the customer experience and handling is top notch.

OneSignal offers many solutions. So far i have no complains. :)

The ease of use and ability to move at speed are both valued aspects for daily usage for a news organization.

It'd be nice to customize sign-up campaigns a bit more. Also, there doesn't appear to be a way to manually add people if they inadvertently opted out.

we are using the one signal service - mainly push notification - in our mobile app (iOS and Android) , and without any deny , it was the easiest service to implement , thanks to the well documented SDK

To be honest , I love OneSignal , there is nothing I don't like

The feature we liked the most was their Push Notification service, it was super easy to integrate within our system thanks to their APIs, SDK and their good documentation.

I think their tier system should be more flexible to include more features.

I feel it is easy to use. I like to be able to add graphics to my messages and schedule them to go first thing in the morning or middle of the evening. I also like to see the fail rate.

Sometimes it is tricky to create and get new segments uploaded.

Dashboard can be a bit a bit confusing at the beginning

I bought a another app but i switch to one signal.

Support is amazing, i do request add UTM code to track, and they help me to implement on the code. Later they add the option in the plugin. So they help and wanna improve the product.

Not really. Is very good.

Maybe the install is kind tricky is you dont have any experience with code or install. But overall is one of the best service i use.

OneSignal is great for sending push notifications - even the setup is so simple that I was able to implement and add platforms such as IOS and i have no coding skills- we have used it to implement lucrative advertising offers and flag readers of important articles and alerts

I do not have cons right now for OneSignal - i wish there were way to be able to put link on website and have people subscribe directly but most PUSH platforms do not offer this extra feature to my knowledge

We are using OneSignal on all of our websites. Our subscribers are increasing day by day. Now everytime we publish a new post it reaches to our subscribers instantly.

I find the traffic analytics and user flow reports need more enhancement, like adding more data visualization options that make them easier to read and understand.

Integrating OneSignal into your mobile app and server calls is extremely easy thanks to their API documentation and SDKs. Their dashboard UI is great too and can help you debug messages being delivered or failing. They are free (but share your data with vendors) or you can pay a fee to not have the data shared.

OneSignal 503s quite often sometimes push notifications fail, although these issues have happened less and less over time.

If you ever wanted to use push notifiation tool, i'll suggest to go for onesignal as it is great tool for push notification, it provides you indepth details of your customer like country, type of device and much more so that you'll create segment as per your need. Also AI notificcation features is wonderfully it will deliver the notification to the end customer whenever they will turn-on the device so that your CTR will improve.

From starting to till now, the only one things i am worried about the data, like they don't have option to get backup your data in case if you need to migrate to other tool.

The price is the main thing I consider when selecting this. This offers 30k free subscribers that more than enough for a startup website.

Its better if there is a feature to filter the subscribers by passing an array of tag values to compare. Currently we can filter subscribers by only a single tag value.

My most liked feature of OneSignal is it's segmentation. It provide very good insight about the user interaction and its behavior.
Also AI delivery is my favorite as it improve the click rates of our notification.

There is the only things that i least like about onesignal is that it does not allow to export user data into excel like with android device ID, so if i need to switch the account i may loose my all customer.

OneSignal has a friendly and easy to use interface. We have used the free version and it really shines. The limits on the software are very generous compared to others. We have only used the Mobile notifications. We have not tryed the web and iOS messages, yet. It has a lot of reporting and statistics on the push notifications.

Paid plan starts at $99. You have to use firebase to set it up. Firebase is relatively easy to get.
