Overall it's a really handy tool for correcting typos and helping your writing flow better but it has a long way to go for marketing copy.
Pros
It guarantees a certain consistency of quality across a whole team, leaving little room for human error. It's super intuitive and I love that it works everywhere thanks to the browser extension.
Cons
Sometimes the language doesn't switch properly between US, British, Canadian, and Aussie English. Also, sometimes it glitches out. Its recommendations aren't always great, either, especially for sales and marketing copy. I often ignore them.

Pros
The accuracy and comprehensive check for grammar, punctuation, and spelling error make it one of my favorite software. The easy and seamless integration with Microsoft office, goggle docs and other popular productivity tools make it a top notch for me.
Cons
It can be expensive, especially for small teams or individual. However some users may also find the customization options limited, hereby making it difficult to tailor the tool to their specific need. It algorithm can sometimes flag correct grammar or punctuation as incorrect.

Overall, I really enjoy it!! I’m grateful my company has it, and it does make my life easier. I wish it could be a little more savvy with my precise needs for it - generally quicker to catch on to errors and more customized to my verbiage by now. But overall, a useful tool, especially for younger adults in the academic and professional world.
Pros
I like how it enhances my writing and helps me achieve excellence as an editor. It catches some things I don’t, and really helps me enforce my company’s SOP
Cons
I feel like it is overrated in some ways. It suggests my writing or phrasing is incorrect when it’s okay in the given context or I’m just using company verbiage. It often doesn’t kick in with corrections when I need it to, catching the mistake too late in the process.

Cultured Communication -- A Community Manager's Right-Hand Man

My overall experience with Grammarly Business has been positive. It streamlined our content review process, ensuring that everything we put out—whether internal or external—was polished and professional. As the community engagement manager, I especially appreciated how it helped maintain consistency in our communications across the board. The tool saved us time and reduced errors, though we still had to make sure it aligned with our brand’s unique voice. Overall, it was a valuable asset that enhanced the quality of our writing while allowing us to stay authentic to our community.
Pros
What I liked most about Grammarly Business was how seamlessly it integrated into our communication process, ensuring that every message we send out is clear, professional, and on-brand. As a community manager for multiple brands, it's crucial for me to maintain a consistent tone and engage with our audience effectively. Grammarly Business helped elevate our team's writing, saving us time while maintaining authenticity, which is key in building trust and fostering a strong sense of community.
Cons
What I liked least about Grammarly Business was that while it's great for catching general grammar issues, it sometimes suggested changes that didn't quite align with the tone or voice we use in our community engagement efforts. In some cases, it would recommend more formal wording when we intentionally want to keep things casual and approachable. It's useful, but we had to double-check certain suggestions to ensure they fit our brand’s personality and vibe.

Before I learned about this program, I used to find it extremely difficult to work, have conversations, and write terribly. After discovering this miraculous program, I wished it would come to me years ago. It has clearly changed my professional and social life style. It has made me confident in my writing, and even constantly teaches me and my friends. It saved effort and time very well. From here, I send my thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to this program and even contributed to changing my life.
Pros
It has presented a strong and comprehensive set of positives that make the quality of writing very high, save effort and time, and make the writing skills of employees extremely high, which reflects positively on the overall performance of individuals, companies, etc. Among these positives are enhancing cooperation, improving the quality of writing, and continuous learning and training throughout the period of use. this program.
Cons
If the value is measured against the price, the value is superior and profitable, but despite the quality of the value and the benefit, we see that there is a difficulty in that the cost is sometimes high for people who are unable or for small companies, which makes it difficult to justify the investment in some cases, so offers or discounts must be made, which makes Everyone is happy knowing that the value provided is worth more than this price, so I must thank those who created the program and wish them success and progress.

Overall, Grammarly is useful as it provides a positive service without hindering the way people work - it's non-intrusive. That being said, it isn't really cheap so worth considering if you need it for your business. Also the above cons do hider the functionality sightly
Pros
Grammarly is overall a useful tool for our business
1. The suggestions work in the web and most apps across the computer, so it integrates well into everyday work without changing people's workflows much
2. The tone suggestions are genuinly useful, and I do catch myself using a bad tone sometimes with it and change it to be more helpful
3. The 'brand dictionary' is useful to exclude specific words from being flagged up
Cons
1. There isn't a way to exclude a certain paragraph of text from Grammarly suggestions. For example, we have a paragraph of text at the bottom of every email we send and this always comes up with red lines over it which is annoying because we do not need it to check that text
2. The analytics is rather barebones, it's not terrible but I would like some more options to dive deeper into.
3. For me, sometimes the lines under the words do not line up right on my screen which causes red lines to appear randomly on my screen which isn't nice to look at.

By providing real-time feedback on grammar, punctuation, and style, Grammarly empowers me to present my thoughts in a polished manner, ultimately fostering better connections with my readers.
Pros
The integration within the browser and applications is really impressive. The user-friendly design and interface make it so easy to navigate, and the suggestions along with overall impressions of the entire paragraph are truly valuable and helpful. I thought I was a good writer before using this and now I know my work is great.
Cons
Sometimes errors or poor word choices are highlighted and I have the option of choosing their correction, making my own correction, or ignoring it. If I choose theirs, it occasionally ends up making them wrong. Just have to watch closely but this is very sporadic.
