Great Virtual Tour Platform

Pros
In EyeSpy360 you can add your own logo, add tags, create labes, upload your own blueprint or the app will generate automatically one for you. Pricing wise, is very affordable.
Cons
It's an online tool and don't let you whitelabel your tours (use your own URL)

Batch picture upload. Ricoh Theta based. Works fast. Just what I need as a Real Estate Photographer.
Cons
Icons are not easy to understand for users. Updating a listing and (re)creating a link confuses me. Setting up multiple accounts also confuses me. Maybe more instruction movies (easily categorized) will help. A little too much Eyespy branding. I use the free version. Monthly plans expensive and also confuses me. But they are free in the free plan? Confusing... So what am I paying for? I want a low monthly fee and pay per tour: (with own logo and nadir). I'm also missing a system where I can put in multiple logo's because I work for multiple realtors. I also think that I'm not using all the functionalities because I don't know how they work. Manuals and instruction movies not always 100% clear to me. Eg: VR goggles. How does that work with clients? What can they do?

Pros
The customer support quality is fantastic. EyeSpy360 client agents are knowledgeable and candid, but more importantly, they are readily available.
Cons
Some of the user-end features are difficult to explain to others trying to share a platform.

I saved a lot of money by switching from Matterport to EYESPY360 for my virtual tours for home...
I saved a lot of money by switching from Matterport to EYESPY360 for my virtual tours for home listings. We even took the camera to Alaska and uploaded a tour of the Glacier National Park.
Pros
This is so easy to use. I couldn't wait to get the camera and use the software. I really like the option that allows you to pin information on the walls on a virtual tour of a home. Also, the ability to brand the tour and send the link to a client with their name on it just adds that extra touch.
Cons
Nothing. Very easy to use. Great value for the money.

Simple and functional like I was looking for. Google Street View and Pano2VR are the other alternatives that we like. Pano2VR is a bigger investment, so waiting for enough work to justify spending the money.
Pros
I liked that the free version allowed building a full tour and that the view at each pano made sense relative to the direction the view is coming from. Some tour software defaults to the same view direction no matter where you're coming from. That works great when you want to show off a feature in a room, but doesn't work well in a hallway in the hotel tour I did. So I liked that about EyeSpy.
Cons
I stayed with the free option. The main draw backs of the free option is having the EyeSpy logo all over, which I took as a worthy trade off. I would have liked to change the icon for the hotspots away from the target. If the new lower entry level has that these features, it may be worth upgrading.

Looked at a few options before going with EYESPY360 and found them the easiest to use.

Pros
I am new to the 360 world and made my first camera purchase less than a yesr ago. EYESPY360 was the easiest and most affordable option for me at the time.
Cons
Since I am still in the learning stage, I don't know if I would consider the following a con or not, but I recently had a problem with the auto rotate option. It was within the same tour that I realized you could change the depth range of the photo. I'm figuring it may have something to do with that.

Overall, using EyeSpy360 has been a pleasant experience, with room for improvement.

Pros
The product is very effective at visualizing the 360 images in a way that the user can easily identify and link the images together. Loading the 360 views is very fast and reliable, allowing for quick touchups to the mapping.
Cons
A great deal of frustration stems from the tour dashboard. It takes the webpage a considerable amount of time to load the Tours tab.
When creating an individual tour, the menu items will shift depending on the length of the tour's name and the name lengths of the individual images. For me, this often resulted in clicking the wrong menu buttons, because the menu items would shift unexpectedly as I was clicking on the intended item.
On a related note, it would be very welcome to have an "undo/unarrange" button, for when the Arrange tool is clicked by accident.
As a suggested feature, it would be pleasant to have a "Previous Image" button when traversing each 360 photo in 360 View. This feature would be different from the "<<" button, which traverses the images in alphabetical order rather than the image that the user last visited.
ex: after jumping from 55.jpg to 58.jpg, the << button will send me to 57.jpg. It would be practical if, instead of being sent to 57.jpg, a button could send me back to 55.jpg.
In addition, this review sheet is a pain. Signing in via LinkedIn will lock the "Tell Us About Yourself" section from manual editing. This means that if a required entry was automatically filled in incorrectly, you need to log out from LinkedIn and restart your review to input the information fields correctly.

Pays for itself

Pros
Excellent software for virtual tours. We have been using it for about 7 months now, and it has already paid for itself multiple times. It's easy to use, once you have stitched 360 photos, just drag and drop them into eyespy, and then you just easily connect the layout. You can even set views for each time you "move" to next area.
The ability to have a 24/7 "open house" for our homes has enabled people who are too far, or otherwise just couldn't attend our open houses, able to do so with a detailed tour on their own terms.
Cons
Honestly, none that I can think of. I suppose the only thing I'd want added is the ability to choose a logo watermark upon publishing ,rather than being a global setting. I imagine this wouldn't be a problem for most, but being as we are a construction and realty company, we aren't able to use our logo on real estate listings, but we do use logo on our personal website with homes we've built.

I like how easy the site is to use and the video overview was great. Definitely produces beautiful 360 tours.
Cons
This isn't necessarily a comment about the software, but I was unclear what was included in the monthly plan. Do you get 3 tours at a time (i.e. once you've uploaded 3, do you have to remove one in order to add a different one)? Or, are you able to upload 3 new tours every month?

On all of our monthly plans you can create and store as many tours as you would like in your account. However on the 3 tour plan for example, you will be allowed to publish 3 virtual tours at any one time. But you can change which of these tours are published whenever you wish. Also, our plans work on a monthly basis, so you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, if you think you will need more/less tours one month.

Eyespy360 offers an excellent interface with easy to follow tutorial videos that make their platform straight forward and intuitive after only a short time. With this program you have options to create more than a mere boilerplate VR experience by adding descriptive text, stills, video, contact info, and more to truly give your audience an interactive tour of the location you are trying to highlight. Another pro is that the Eyespy360 team is eager to hear suggestions from users.
Cons
As a Google Trusted Street view Photographer and contributor, I do wish the Eyespy360 interface would allow publishing directly to Google Maps.

I was testing out on how to use touring with 360 images. The program was free to use and very much worth using.
Pros
The software was easy to use on mobile device and uploads we're quick and simple. I was able to share my tours quickly.
Cons
Deleting images was a struggle and I still don't know how to delete them. Also would be good if all images would down load when first visiting the tour. That way, the lag wouldn't last through each image and would be on the front side. Maybe a "please wait for your tour to download screen".

To delete an image, simply go into the tour in question, then click on the image you wish to delete. Click edit and then click delete! If you wish to go through this over the phone, then please don't hesitate to get in touch.

the software is very easy to use and can be picked up within minutes. the tours run smoothly and I am yet to have any issues with it. I like how you can set the view of where to start the tour and how you can now edit the images in the system.
Cons
I'm not sure on the live feature I think its more of a gimmick but can understand how it may be useful to overseas investors. apart from that I love the system and don't have any issues with it

Pros
Easy to use and transfer to our portals and website. The technical support was great and the new floorplan feature is awesome.
Cons
Not much not to like. If i had to force an improvement i guess could be to include some sort of VR hardware in the packages for viewing in the office.

Cons
The pricing wasn't for me. If you only need it for 1 or 2 tours, the feature limitations and pricing doesn't make sense.
