What I like about Quantum is it allows employees to compete their exit interviews online versus jumping on a phone call. They can complete it at a time that is convenient for them.

Since my primary use for Quantum is Exit Interviews - I feel there are a few areas that could be updated specifically for Exit Interview surveys. With the newer updates, I feel that I am more restricted on setting the exit interview questions up and it can become frustrating. I also feel that the analytics reports can be better such as when selecting a date range - it is so finicky on the dates you choose.

The survey and recognition features. We utilize the survey feature all the time for many different types of employee surveys. It is a great tool for us to gauge employee engagement and receive feedback.

The feedback feature. We do not use this often.

AI features are not value added. The text is much too general and doesn't truly give insight.

Quantum is very user-friendly for our employees. As an admin, it is nice to have the proxy feature as well as be able to customize the system for our specific needs.

So far I haven't found anything that I don't like about the system.

We like the 1 on 1 module, recognition, and surveys. It keeps all of our coaching and employee engagement visible among managers and partners. We call it the brain of our employees.

Some of the reporting is limited. There is not the ability to sort, sometimes dates are confusing, and talent reviews appear as feedback so it attributes manager activity incorrectly.

The ease in which I am able to build thoughtful, strategic surveys.

This is not necessarily a horrible thing, but I do wish the SSO updating/ connections with ADP logins were a little less clunky.

As an HR professional, my favorite part about using Quantum is the client support. Our Customer Success Manager is fantastic, responsive, efficient, and fully engaged with the work. She truly seems to want the best for our organization and shares tools and resources to help us achieve our goals with Quantum. Each Implementation Manager we've worked with to roll out a new survey for our employees has also been great.

Difficulty with HRIS integrations; it has not been a simple process to get the employee data connected with Quantum in order to send out surveys. We have had to do laborious manual reports, and then spend months trying to get our HRIS system to connect with Quantum. I would not necessarily place the blame on Quantum or its software, but it has been a process.

This product is insanely intuitive to set up. While there is a great deal of integration support available, the resources provided allows for ease of integration and setup of all functionality without the need for technical assistance.

I would like to see more options of bulk importing functionality for goals and 1-on-1 cycles. There seems to be a lot of manual work required if multiple templates and cycles are created.

The customer service and product are unmatched.

I have not had any issues while using Quantum.

I really like the ability to download annual engagement survey results in a power point presentation. With a few clicks you have a deck ready to go as a good starting point.

I wish Quantum's functionality with survey action planning was richer. It is rather basic and doesn't seem to help drive leader support with the next steps on taking action on survey items. Also would like richer report around the comments received in an annual survey.

The Quantum team we work with. They are responsive and helpful and always willing to jump on a call to discuss any issues or questions we might have.

There have been some bugs with the product that have caused some frustration with our team. However, once we let the team know, they are quick to respond to help provide a fix.

Quantum Workplace has been an essential tool for gathering feedback on Training events, employee engagement, company culture, and so much more. The survey flexibility makes creating surveys a breeze.

Question scales can be a little confusing and take some time to get familiar with.
