The quality of the scanned images is very good. The app can show the area to crop while taking the photo. This is a unique feature most similar apps lack. They show the crop area only after capturing the photo but not during capturing. Showing the crop area during capturing gives an idea regarding the final output image. Auto-detection of the crop area is also better than many other apps. Further, the app is advertisement free.

The app lacks any folder to organise the scanned images. Also, there is no option just to select a few images and export them as a PDF. The export PDF option is only available just after scanning. Overall, I didn't like the organisation of managing the scanned files. Scanning a large number of pages and probably multiple of them is difficult.

Any form of file, including images, a board, a company card  is able to be quickly scanned. The documents can be converted to PDF, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, etc. or saved in OneNote . The interface is easy to use. The ability to instinctively identify the file's page during scanning and edit is its strongest feature.

I really like the majority of this application, though I hope it was capable of converting more types of documents than simply images. Then it would serve as a one-stop shop.

Microsoft Lens is a fast and efficient way to scan text, edit images, and share or store them in different formats. It also does not add a watermark to PDF documents.

Microsoft Lens may not be the best option for scanning large documents or images on older devices, as it can be slow to load and process the images.

Anyway, I enjoy how quickly files are recognized while I used it, how easily a compact book can be created, and how easily photographs can be converted into files in PDF format.

It frequently can't precisely trim the images, so I must make the necessary adjustments myself. Fortunately, this requires not much time and is simple to accomplish.

It makes scanning receipts, meeting notes, and documents extremely easy. It also loads them directly into my OneDrive account which makes using the scans even easier.

It could have better color filters but for the most part it scans very legibly.

nothing everything is meeting my expectations

the interface is very simple and minimal and has very limited tools though. the text extraction is good and the data capture and transfer is also very fast and efficient. the full text speech is also helpful and so is the text editing tool too.

there are very limited no of tools and personalization options. also the sharing options are even limited. the conversion to pdf has very limited tools which are so many when compared to other apps.

the good things that i liked include the very simple layout of dicuments and pdf conversion which is very simple to use in the microsoft and sharing is also good among the microsoft tools among themselves. the text extraction is also good also its capacity to scan multiple range of document is impressive.

the text editing is very minimal and doesnt provide many advance options. also the data extraction too. the text extraction also feels kind of hit and miss that needs to be improved

This software save too much time for us ,its text extraction capturing capacity is ultimate. We can capture the text from document and white board and also edit and covert in pdf without any hurdle.

Nothing is dislike for me,all feature are good for me,even this is very user friendly.

It's a very helpful software for me. Really help us saves time because instead of never ending typing you can now just scan paper/ documents to turn it into a pdf file. You can also convert the pdf file into jpeg, how nice! It also not just scan documents, it scan professionally and with high quality.You can also adjust and crop the file.

It's a bit hard to use at first but worth it when get the hang of it's features.

Pretty handy software, allows the user to work the documents and images as necessary! When compared with some of the other solutions on the market, it stands out, not only for its functionallity for also its quality

Editing documents can something get a big slugish , but considering the dimension of the information and images that the software processes, i think its understandable.

The ease of the scanner and ability to convert to pdf or send off to emails straight away while afterwards a record is kept of the previously scanned. Its ability to group scanned items together to move them all in one go is also very convenient, and obviously the app is free of charge.

The long time and how fiddly the data and text attraction is, sometimes i would wait for ages watching the loading symbol go round and round to tell me that it had not worked.

I love the software because it makes our job really lite and easy. Also convenient because it can be downloaded on mobile phone.

So far, i can't say anything about this software because all i can see is that its helping me a lot when i needed it.
